I have to admit, the article I clicked on was very light on details.
If they give DR the RB seat and put Liam in Daniel's car it might be a better deal for Liam. He can get a decent half season under his belt without the pressure that comes with RB and the chance for promotion for 2025 is still there if he does well. Not that I think DR deserves a RB seat.

there’s no WAY they would put liam in that second seat. tbh i think the pieces are falling into place for them to promote danny ricc (they were basically treating him like max’s teammate over the weekend anyway) and put liam in the RB. would be amazed if it plays out any other way.apparently he was still quicker then Yuki & Checo but behind DR and Max

and i don’t think so? i know he and oscar did, but i don’t feel like i’ve seen him with max.
i haven’t watched the whole thing yet but he comes across pretty well in some of the clips i’ve seen:
i don’t necessarily agree that he might be walking straight back into that seat and lots of aspects of his personality grate on me BUT i’m always gonna be weirdly fond of him
i wonder how he really feels about (potentially) looping all the way back around to being red bull’s number two again.I can't help but feel if they put Daniel in that seat they are going to be in the same position they are now with Checo in a few races time.

Checo has a massive following and I read his merch brings high percentage of income so I think they may think they need to bring someone close to him commercial wise and Daniel is more marketable than anyone else there (I have to check this because It was too hot when I listened to it and I am not sure I remember correctly but Guenther told redflags he seems RB putting Liam in Checo's seat but it was just his random guess)
I really like Danny. A lot. But he is not worthy of that F1 seat from a talent perspective and it’s so sad that money, merch and sponsors come above another driver’s more deserving chance.
