They pitted Charles for inters... but 5 laps BEFORE the rain hit the track so it was a disaster. He had to pit again for new inters when the rain really hit because the first set was dead
I didn't listen to his radio so i don't know if it was his choice or not. But he was not the only one on this strategy, Perez and Ocon and a few other were on the same

when I saw the trailer where fictional Joshua was standing next to Max it was a bit too much for me.... it will maybe look fine for people who don't watch F1 but otherwise it looks a bit weird, not to mention Brad's unconvincing face in all of this - I am still on a high of Lewis' winning but I still remember Lewis, that Brad is questionable and even Hans Zimmer's music will not let me forget it
I forgot to write few days ago, that Will Buxton has F1 book coming out in August and Brad wrote a foreword or that review that is on the cover, Will posted something about that not long ago...

my feelings on it are basically this rn
I think celebs have always been about at Silverstone but now the Hilton has opened opposite the pits there is more space/scope for inviting influencers. They didn’t seem to have full paddock passes and access to the grid like the “proper” celebs.
The other reason it’s more obvious now is they document everything on their own SM which is much more effective than a few years ago they were just papped arriving or about the place and those photos had to break into the online newspapers for some recognition.
Who are they complaining about attending? Asking despite knowing I’ll not have any idea who they are
