I listen to the radios again and i think one of McLaren problems is that they always look backward rather than forward. For the last stop they asked Lando if he wants the softs to cover Lewis or the mediums to cover Max, of course Lando choose Lewis because he wanted to win. But McLaren should have know that the mediums were the faster tyre and don't give him the choice
