Did Charles will really be able to take the restart (if they repair the car) when he wasn't even on the first start ??
Or will he be like 1 lap down already ?

he got out of the car so i think no?

it’s basically like george at silverstone i think when he got out to check on zhou but then was told he couldn’t go back. i think!
