I dunno how it works? Do they take on more trainees than they’ve got jobs for?
Firms spend huuuge amount on trainees to train them up to qualification & like to train them to fit with their specific firm's culture - it's a big investment - so they like to retain as many people as they can

They keep the vast majority however the odd few won't be retained, then theres those who choose to leave.

Im sure Eve will stay though.

Lmao is eve now trying to claim that she’s gen z? Although her “coffee company” is literally called millennial coffee club? I can’t with this woman anymore

I mean she IS gen z (both by birthyear and habitus), I never understood why she called her merch company Millennial Coffee Club.

I definitely think it’s according to trends that she’ll change it up. When she launched millennial coffee club, millennials were very much on trend, and now that gen z has taking that role, she’s all of a sudden gen z

Funny how her AD declaration is terrible
Every video sponsored by skill share (which is basically all of them) she finds a new hobby
Now it’s portrait photography like lmaoo
You can find so many tips online for free, why would you pay, for mediocre ‘courses’

It's a shame she doesn't do more vlogs as she is very confident on camera. I understand her not posting loads as I'm sure she's mega busy but for the one upload in a month to be a desk tour is a bit meh for me.

It was legit just to fulfil her obligation to skill share....

Eve said she’s not restocking her cups, so this was just a launch to get rid of old stock to finally close down the company

I was surprised there wasn’t any new items really, it definitely looks like a way of getting rid of it.

I’m not sure I like her tone in recent stories about telling people what to do with pronouns in emails “challenging everyone” is a bit much. Just do it for yourself, stop pushing things on everyone in order to virtue signal.

Going back to Cheshire when over night stays are not allowed for another 2 weeks, and she continues to broadcast her breaking the guidelines.

She's making herself look like an absolute moron with her "ally" crap and changing her pronouns. Once this ideology finally dies a death, so many people are going to look like idiots with their she/her he/him nonsense. Studies have shown that women fare less well when their sex is made obvious in the workplace. Going along with Stonewall's idiocy is a massive step backwards, but people just aren't seeing through the "inclusion" claptrap.

I would disagree on the pronouns! It will help those who feel categories as others, what you do have to question is how much someone like eve would actually be in contact with someone who doesn’t use he or she. What’s wrong with just using people’s names? Then it avoids making them feel left out too? But maybe I’m just from a sector of work where prounouns are really important to the individuals who don’t feel like they fit in as a result of who they are

I would disagree on pronouns too, as someone with a chinese name (English people normally can't tell if it's male or female) who looks pretty masculine it sorts out any embarrassment if I state she/her from the get-go. I can also see it makes it easier for those who are trans if cis people state their pronouns as well so they don't stand out doing it.
