This might turn into a underground power convo. I'm 2.5 yrs info a frozen shoulder. Two lots of cortisone. Mri, CT etc. No tears. I exercise regularly to keep it moving (weight train) but the pain will not go way.

She is like a performing seal & hyper excitable on the rare occasions she has company - she reminds me of my 3 month old puppy who still pees himself when he meets people.
