Followed her for a while and considered the coaching. However for the calories I think her portions are small (when you can have more veg etc) and then I did realise how much she loves herself and all the crap that goes with that

Also it’s really easy to see every picture she’s sucking herself in, it makes her look disingenuous

Also who the fuck dresses like this to go to a spa?! whenever she goes to a spa she always wears a really inappropriate skimpy thong bikini. There would be other people there in normal swimming costumes etc trying to use the facilities and she’s having a bloody photoshoot! Also that bikini she is wearing is about £400!!! Again so materialistic, who the fuck spends that on swimwear especially when you live in the UK

Has anyone else noticed how she posts old content for her stories? She’s posting videos of herself in a pink dress tonight, when jasmine’s been posting stories of them both going out and Emma is wearing a completely different outfit I swear she also has a new illness this week, today it’s a sore throat and ear problems, tomorrow it’ll probably be “omG I am SuCh a LiGhTWeight, I nEver Drink” …boring 🥱

I don’t follow Emma but I’m sure any time I see her on my search page she is out/ready to go out wearing basically no more than a bikini top and the shortest of skirts. Even in the middle of winter. And if she’s at home she seems to be in her underwear and not much else.
I guess this is what being a fitness influencer is all about nowadays

I’ve just went through the WORST mental health wee I’ve ever had. At no point did I post anything on social media about it. Until that first sentence I guess I was too busy trying to not entirely crumble

I’m sure I remember seeing Emma doing exactly the same with her previous boyfriend. Videos of her crying and saying how much she is struggling. Then she seemed to be with someone else not too long after.
I’ve never understood the whole thing about posting videos of yourself crying. Even if/especially if you are an ‘influencer’ with a wide audience.
Like do record the videos and save them when you’re having a bad day, and think it might make good content one day?!
