she actually used to be my favrioute YouTube back in the day because I was also the 2edgy4u teenage girl, (I also had a similar situation that I grew up with my dad and an absent mother, it was nice knowing I wasn’t the only one sorta thing). But she’s always stayed there, where all the other girls like her have grown up, gone to work and got a life she’s still circling this teenage girl dream.
i think she got super lucky years ago when YouTube was more lucrative and it’s afforded opportunities to her other women her age haven’t had. Shes been able to afford her own home and sink thousands into personally funding her career. The issue with her music is she can’t sing like the women she wishes she could, she can’t sing like taylor swift or hayley Williams. And that’s not me hating on her because she can sing a damn site better than I can, but I think she needs to pick her gente that suits her voice and range and stick to it.
i agree with whoever it was before who said she should work at composing. I know she wants to be the front woman and perform the shows herself but I think she’d be better stepping back from centre stage. It’d give her the oppertunity to flit around different genres without constantly giving her fan base whiplash.
also ditch the greasy weirdo. I just don’t get how he’s this hot stud that can cheat on his wife and get a new girlfriend. Does he smell? I feel like I can smell him through the screen. You just KNOW that’s why she got stroppy when luke got married. Luke’s not my cup of tea either but he’s pretty cute, he’s clearly worked and got a career, done a degree and now he’s settling down, getting married with someone who also seems pretty lovely. Her relationship didn’t work out with him but you’d still have expected her to end up with someone similar. Daveys not even a throw back to the kinda guy girls thought were cute in 2008.
someone else said it, but the time where she could have rectified that has past. I met my current partner when I was still technically in my last relationship, it happens. It sucks but it happens. She’d have earned herself a lot more respect if she’d just been honest and been like “hey it wasn’t an ideal situation, but XYZ happened and if I could have controlled the situation I’d have waited until they’d filed for divorce”.
its a hot topic for a lot of people and honestly she’s done more damage by not addressing it at the right time.
Also why’d she take Davey needs a shavey off her Instagram feed?
anyway that’s my rant. See you all in six months when I remember she exists again.
