No I don’t know if it’s in her contract but it is VERY rare to have a landlord allow a sublet as it would invalidate the tenancy agreement unless of course she has paid to add her name to the tenancy.

I didn't do any diagnosing, I stated nothing as fact - c.f. your post. Speculating about something being likely isn't the same as an assertion of fact.

Lucy kept looking like she was going to hint about what had been going on in Emily’s life, but Emily kept interrupting and talking over her lol.

Lucy moving in seems so rushed, I know lucy just split with her bf but for Emily to just jump and put herself in the box room with all her stuff cluttered round her after being so precise about her flat decor before...
There's definitely more to that story on Emilys part.
Maybe she had a break in or stalker? Or maybe she's planning to be away more than she's home so doesn't mind the small room?

So yeah, I think Busted are going on a break and James is going to be in America more with Emily in tow...however long that situation will last is anyones guess. I don't think long. James doesn't really seem like a person who deals with having to be in a serious, adult relationship and all the other times she's been in LA she just seems to sit around the house waiting for him. She'll also need a visa to work. She's such a fool wasting so much time on a person she doesn't even really seem that into.

I find it bizarre she took ages to do her getting ready room to now cram herself into it?? Surely a double bed wouldn’t even fit in that space?!

She said in the collab video she did with Syd & Ell and Lucy that once she hits her million she’s going to “move on to the next thing” and not do YouTube full time as such. (We’ll see if that’s true...) I think maybe what’s changed in her life is that she’s going to move to LA to be with James? The big party she keeps hinting at maybe is her leaving party? Either that or her 1 million subs party...

I think that's such a strange decision, aim of reaching one million subs then not doing it full time!
I wonder if it's cause her views have dropped and she needs a better income. Maybe she is gonna concentrate on insta or try modeling.
Maybe James will become one of them 'influencers boyfriends' who do all the camera work and editing for her

Ha I doubt it. She'll probably sit around doing nothing. She should learn from Tanya...just because you managed to luck-out with a YouTube channel doesn't mean that you can turn your hand to absolutely anything.

So we can safely assume that Emily is looking to move (even just temporarily) to LA to b with James, hence why she let Lucy move in and have that bigger/nicer room - it keeps a security blanket for her at half the price if she is away and Lucy will also look after the place, so win-win for Emily.

But what's weird is how Emily never seems to learn from her mimstakes. She always moves in too quickly with every single boyfriend she has - Jake, Charlie, James .. somehow, she always gives too much and places ALL her eggs in that basket. I am honestly baffled as to how she doesn't see herself making the same mistake over and over again?

I don't see their relationship lasting and tbh I find it extremely bleeping creepy of James and her to even be dating.

She’s not friends with anyone really so can imagine a lot of this is due to management and brand relations

Please watch Syd’s insta stories - there’s this cringe inducing moment where Emily makes all the guests watch while she walks up on stage to receive her 1 million plaque (how did she get hold of it so quickly?!) anyway it was terribly self indulgent and just I haven’t seen any other YouTuber make it this much about them...
