It isn’t good for her recovery or other people to see before and afters. Especially so early on in her recovery

That is not jam. They are crushed raspberries. No issue with that but don’t lie about it.
Couldn’t be more obvious that’s she’s clearly struggling with orthorexia, having some actual jam made with SUGAR won’t hurt you Emma!!! I do get the feeling she’s working with ED dietitian who’s given her a meal plan hence the meal deal for her lunch and her eating chocolate bars which I’ve never seen her do before. I wish she would just be honest with her audience about what’s really going on BUT I do understand if she’s not ready yet. However I would have a lot more respect for her though it wouldn’t look good for her business which I sense is why she’s not revealing the real reason for her weight gain journey. Also let’s not forget the elephant in the room, she’ll never gain weight if she’s compulsory exercising. I think she’s needs to dramatically reduce her exercise, her runs to 1 or 2 times a week and weight training 2-3 times a week

I do wonder how much she weighs…she still goes to weigh ins so I’m guessing she’s still not in a healthy range? Sorry being nosey 😂
She said she was technically weight restored agesssss ago when she first claimed to have put on 10kg. But then she said she wanted to keep gaining to get her period back, but she still only talks about having gained 10kg, so I don't think she's gone past that. Recovering to a low BMI, even if it is above 18.5, is unlikely to be conducive with maintaining recovery long term. Also, I don't think she's at her natural set point, as if you see pictures from when she was competing in athletics she was a little bit heavier, and the lack of period is a red flag (I suspect the reason she is still going to weigh ins and is yet to be discharged).

I'm in recovery myself (very nearly there!!) after a relapse last year. When I first had anorexia 10 years ago, I was discharged at a BMI of 18.5. However, clinical thinking has changed now, and this time I have been told a BMI of 20 is minimum to avoid relapse. I also don't have my period back yet and the endocrinologist said I'd likely have to gain to BMI of 20 (and keep avoiding high intensity exercise) to get it back. I feel like there is 0 chance she will get her period back with her current position, but maybe her treatment team are old fashioned and consider 18.5 acceptable. She may end up going on the pill and get an artificial period (although this is now against NICE guidelines), but that would very much be a fake period and she would not be healthy!

Her saying in that reel that she doesn’t love her body just screams to me that she isn’t recovered in the slightest, she’s gained a bit of weight and that is it her mindset is still very much I need to workout everyday and restricting her food intake. She needs to get off social media, stop the intense exercise and eat a sufficient amount of food so she can restore her period. Her preaching recovery whilst still currently not having her menstrual cycle infuriates me and gives people an unrealistic view of ed recovery

That “three” course meal she had was a joke! Shared both the starter and the dessert (which I bet she insisted on) and then her main was a piece of white fish with a side of vegetables and maybe 1 or 2 baby potatoes. Clear to see how she’s not gained any weight in the last couple of months/more likely lost weight again given how lean she looks in her latest pics

Major clue that her ED is still controlling her. First thing she asks is where it’s from before anything else. For most people that wouldn’t matter and they’d respond with a grateful thank you!

I really don’t like to comment on people’s bodies but this is so concerning to me especially since her following is probably girls in recovery. She looks the thinnest she’s ever been…

do we think she discharged herself from ED services also? Since she’s an adult?

Seems like each different little stage of her life becomes a whole new personality trait for her. I used to know a girl like that in school. Struggled with her identity so latched onto anything and obsessed over it…

Also can’t help but feel like she’s showing off this heart monitor thing. Pretty sure this is the 6th post I’ve seen from her about it just today.

Just seen her reel about body dymorphia in a bikini and how being around beautiful people didn’t bother her - some of us recovering from anorexia gain body fat which we are trying to learn to live with rather than spend hours in the gym burning it off like it’s the devil! genuinely fine this girl so insulting

Sorry but if the whole point of a WHOOP is recovery, then surely you shouldn't be running a half marathon PB on 51% recovery... it literally says "today is a great day to move your body while still respecting your limits"... also that RHR of 40-43 seems concerning for someone hospitalised with heart issues. I'd have empathy if she didn't have such a big and vulnerable following!

She’s completely lying in her new video, saying she took 5 weeks off all movement. She kept going on walks in that time and was back at the gym within 4 weeks max.

How can she say “I was doing less than a thousand steps a day” when she had days in the life where she went to the gym, lifted weights and went on walks in the same day?

She honestly needs help for her exercise addiction

if she is seeing a therapist/nutritionist as part of her recovery i wonder what they are saying about this? it’s so evident she still has issues, i’ve literally been there myself preaching that i was fine but really suffering alone, obsessed with exercise and obsessed with the quality of my food/terrified of ‘bad’ food… i see so many of my old disordered behaviours in her.. she should not be allowed to help others at this time it’s so damaging :( her whole account and all the people praising her just makes me so sad. i think she’d really benefit from taking a step back from social media x
