I wondered that but then she said her mum had an ED background so I’m wondering if it’s (potentially sub)consciously encouraging her

I don’t follow her anymore cos she was triggering me but I saw her the other day and she looks tiny again. I don’t know what it is or if it’s a common symptom/side effect but her head looks wrong for her body
it is common that people with anorexia tend to get like a ‘bobble head’ type of effect where the head looks too big for the body

seems like her and her boyf broke up? wonder if he pointed out how unwell she is and this new challenge was her retaliation ...
I imagine their holiday in Tenerife was a big eye opener for him and made him realise she really hasn’t recovered from her ED at all…..

Please know it gets easier with time, I say my recovery is my greatest achievements, but was also my biggest struggle. It's only been the past couple of years have I accepted that I was never happy with how I looked, if anything more obsessed when a lower weight and it took time to think that I may as well just be healthy. I really did find it helpful to unfollow Ed related people on Instagram, I know it's hard but if you're anything like me and log into insta everyday, it takes away the constant reminder of others
Thank you so much, amazing advice! I will go on a massive unfollow spree!
