don’t forget the amazing bag her husband bought her that she conveniently has an affiliate link for.

Anyone see the comments under her post accusing her of bullying? What’s that about?
If you go back to look, the whole thing is explained. It’s someone trying to threaten her.
Em took a screenshot of a comment and used it in a reel. That person got some hate for the crap she said and is now saying she will sue Em. Good luck lol

Was about to say this! ‘I don’t need to lose the baby weight, I’m not bothered by it’ but also manically speed walking miles across London. Also here’s me on my expensive Peloton. I can’t stand her
And now Em's going to do 30,000 steps on 30 different days. So desperate for weight loss.

First she’s all “I’m starting over again but I’m going to go slow and I’m not in a rush etc etc I’m doing it properly here’s a reel of me getting fingered by a physio just to prove how serious I am” next min she’s already skipping over days on her couch to 5k to get there faster and now she’s on about 30.000 steps a day how is that slow and steady or in any way relatable??

I just knew she would skip a run in the program, she did the same the last time

Give or take a bit, 30k steps is around 15 miles on your feet. Bloody ridiculous!

Just because you can skip a step of Couch to 5k doesn't mean you should. The whole point of it is to make your body ready for running without injury, even if you are physically fit enough to do the workouts already. 30k steps is a LOT! It's a lot to fit in when you have a "normal" life, never mind while trying to care for a newborn baby and a toddler. I can understand when you want to get your fitness back when exercise is a bit part of your life, but this is so disordered!

I can’t stop thinking about the 30k steps.
Like wow, once a week I might hit 20mins I feel it.
She is desperate to lose weight and all her school about body positive and the podcast with Alex light and weight loss pressure. What a fraud

yep, totally disingenuous. As always with Em.

I do understand skipping some of couch to 5k because if you’ve previously been a strong runner but had a break, your body still retains some ability so as long as you don’t go straight to, say, week 4 or 5 after your first few days it should be ok. However, 30,000 steps per day is utterly ridiculous. I like Em and I think she genuinely thinks that she’s being body positive and doesn’t care about losing the baby weight because she’s focusing on getting her fitness back, but these days people often do hide their desire for weight loss behind “getting fit”. Nobody needs to be doing 30,000 steps. Nobody needs to be speed walking miles around London with their new baby. Nobody needs to be going back to running when their baby is only a couple of months old.

I thought that too. If you asked her why she was exercising so much, she’d definitely just insist it was purely for mental health and her own fitness and wellbeing.

It’s obvious she’s not as cool about being “bigger sized” as she claims. She’s not even that big either, she was fairly regular sized before pregnancy at least.

Just admit you want to loose weight Em and stop being so effing disingenuous.
Throwback quote from when Arlo was a newborn. Em's doing exactly the same this time.

I’m really disappointed with the whole 30k steps thing. As someone previously said it seems disingenuous after the pod series (which I literally haven’t listened to a single episode of - boring)

Where did she say the 30k step thing btw?
On Monday's episode of the podcast, Em said that 30,000 people in the UK suffer from pregnancy sickness or HG so she wants to do a 30,000 exercise challenge and plans to do 30,000 steps a day for 30 days (she did say they wouldn't necessarily be consecutive days, with around 10 rest days included). She wants to be sponsored to do it to fundraise for Pregnancy Sickness Support.

Okay now I feel awful LMAO still think it’s mental but I guess more justified? That’ll teach me to jump to conclusions

Promoting a dangerous idea to a susceptible audience. No one should regularly be doing 30k a day even for charity and especially not new mums. She’s such a fool
