I feel like the Psychic initially tells Chloe that yes she will have a baby but it will be by an alternate method to her carrying the baby, but Chloe is so determined to have a baby naturally, that Psychic kind of changes what she is saying & says there are 2 kids determined to be born, I feel to make Chloe happy. I just found whole conversation unsettling & the Psychic going on about Chumpy’s spirit was a bit off putting. Though I really hope Chloe does have a baby naturally.

I know it’s cute to put your kids names on clothes and stuff and we all love their names but a midwife told me while I was pregnant with my first that all it does it make it easier for people to convince your kid to go with them - if they can call them their names it’s easier to convince a young child they know them or their parents and get them to quietly go off with them. I never put my kids names on anything that publicly for this reason - freaked me out.

Well considering a million followers know her, that’s a little pointless

My 1st thought was that she has been seeing someone and wants to start fresh in a new house...

Did anyone find Ellidy insufferable in the latest Darling Shine episode with the friendship therapist?

Not just that, but most. I enjoy Chloe, but find Ellidy nothing short of an immature, dumb brat.

Does anyone know why ellidy is moving/where to? I know she bought that little unit she’s renovating but I’m sure she said that’s an investment property… wonder if she’s selling the big house or keeping it as an investment as well… such a beautiful home! Would be hard for her to leave.

I had no idea she was leaving that beautiful home her and Chumpy shared, it would be difficult to leave with the memories all there, but she’s also never there either I guess, I feel she hasn’t dealt with the loss properly, so unsure how it would go.

I don't mind them. Ellidy does my head in though, she really does seem a bit dense.

I like them too, I love the podcast and I find Fish a lot more bearable when he isn’t performing (that tounge thing is though)
it’s the way Ellidy dresses Minnie that irks me so much, she always looks so uncomfortable and clothes 2 sizes too big, those denim jackets and collars and flares and her lack of adequate fitting footwear is what gets me the most. She had a little dress on the other evening when they went to Nobu and she looked lush! So cute like little girls should be, she is always in those masculine adult clothes and it’s really not a vibe.

I’d say she’s selling as it’s unaffordable for one. Why else would she? Be sad tho.
She could even be in another relationship and Keeps it on the downlow.

I'm not doubting she's grieving. I'm saying I find the decision for a partner and parents to retrieve a dead man's sperm to not be romantic or marvellous, I think it's wrong. And as for the "mourns the future she isn't going to have with the father of her child" - well that's part of my issue with the decision. She chose to do so, knowing he wouldn't be around (and not because he'd be an absent father, but because he was dead before she retrieved the sperm).

Baby gate at the top of the stairs, it’s standard when they start to walk. Did she not get the memo?

Yeah I’m super relaxed (zero bath proofing other than poisons and sharps out of reach) but stairs freak me out. Baby gate at the top and bottom of the stairs! Especially if you’re not going to watch them like a hawk.

Doesn’t seem that’s the case. Like people think mortgages insurance that’s mandatory if you have less than 20% deposit protects you but it’s actually protect the bank.

Look I’m not going to argue with you. a close family member is going through this exact thing right now and also a colleague. I have a mortgage and it applies to us and every other person I know with a uk bank borrowing.
Anytime anybody dies and their is a mortgage lending involved it’s always a saving grace that at least the person left behind knows that they won’t be out on the street. It’s standard here.

Did anyone else think it was a bit off that the marketing showed photos of Ellidy and Chumpy? I think it may have been a sponsored ad on Instagram from Domain. Just felt like the promotional stuff was capitalising on their story…

After reading this I got a sponsored post on Instagram. I hope Ellidy didn’t have anything to do with it but it’s so icky.

I agree for sure. I also found the sperm extraction in itself… …. Something. But I presume there was strong evidence that chumpy had intended to have kids with ellidy. Still weird because I think just because you intended in life, not sure if equates to giving permission in your absence. She’s shitting on chumpy through her shit parenting and irresponsibility.

Yes, they were about to go through or had just started IVF apparently so I guess that went along way towards the approval for the sperm retrieval.
