Minnie is the cutest kid but I really dont think those little flared trousers and crop tops with the chunky trainers do anything for her. She always looks so uncomfortable. Ellidy clearly encourages a ‘Tom boy’ vibe and I think she will push her into all the funky masculine sports when she’s old enough but I would love to see her dressed a little bit different now and again.

Maybe just in both of their private names, I wonder if there was a will, perhaps it all just falls to Ellidy to do as she pleases.

As a young widow myself the property especially if bought in both names goes to the widow. The easiest part of the process was this part. There definitely wouldn’t be a trust especially as Mini wasn’t even on the radar then. We have 3 kids who I definitely will look after financially if I can. But their inheritance comes when I pass. It’s hard raising children solo on a single part time wage.

In the Uk, if a home is mortgaged and in 2 people’s names, then the house automatically is paid off should one die and the partner left becomes sole owner, this happens on both an endowment mortgage or interest agreements. ( I assume I they didn’t buy outright)
Meaning the house would be now paid complete and owned by Ellidy in her full right.
Is this different to Australia ?

Definitely not the case in Australia and are you sure a loan just gets wiped when someone passes ? I mean who pays it ? I have to pay mortgage on my own, car loans etc
But yes the title goes into widows name on the property.

Definitely Minnie, the worst of sun damage occurs before 5 years of age.
It makes me livid that there are parents that don’t know this, or ignore it because they want “tanned babies”. I

loving exercising my own choice to tan until I’m a nice 80’s shade of leather lounge but I would never do that damage to my kids. Again, Minnies just a prop for this flog to seek fame. Poor thing will likely be SA at some point with such a lack of supervision at all of these adult events, not to mention the trauma of no father (circumstantial not referring to every kid without a dad) and an emotionally stunted mother.

Absolutely. And it'll be Minnie who suffers. From social media certainly seems like she's very attached to Fish. What happens to her bond with her father figure, who she spends so much time with, if he becomes a dad?

Brooke Evers is in the same scene, though actually DJs rather than just tags along. You can see she adores her little girl and spends the days playing and doing fun toddler games and activities before heading out to work.

Ellidy seems too cool for playgroup or dance class.

I really hope so, I know some people find their lifestyle crazy / controversial, I quietly love them I really want them to fulfill their dream to be parents, I’ve been where Chloe is, infertility/ baby loss is a terrible time, I hope there is a baby coming their way soon.

Such different parenting styles - Minnie having breakfast with the Fisher’s & Paul says when Minnie has breakfast with the Fishers bib is on. I don’t think Ellidy has ever put a bib on her!!

Listened to darling shine podcast today. Feel for Chloe and her infertility struggles but Ellidy just keeps saying “fuuuuuck” the whole time and it’s so distracting and annoying

I like the podcast but why is ‘fuck’ in every sentence, I can’t have it on when my child is around cause it’s relentless. Someone needs to pull them up on it, like their manager surely

different here. If you buy a house in both names and the mortgage is in both names, both the deed and the debt transfers to the living partner.
A bank might look at deferring payments for a period on compassionate grounds, but the surviving partner absolutely needs to continue to service the mortgage.

Ellidy has said multiple times on the podcast that the house is far too big to maintain on her own - I don’t mean financially, the actual house and garden maintenance. Seems like she is downsizing for very practical reasons - and does sound like she’s selling.
Let’s face it, property prices on the GC…. She’s probably going to pay the same for a smaller 2-3 bedder, as they bought the original house for in 2018.
