I admire your optimismI'm bored out of my brain watching Ellen's Insta posts, let alone her YT vlogs. Honestly, there must be more to her life that she doesn't share with us on her socials, surely?!

It's so true, the 9-5 content got her the most views, I still find it odd that she gave up her USP. But there is another YouTuber Jemima Grace (onelane_studios) who also got popular with the whole corporate 9-5 day in my life type of thing and like Ellen gave up her job for YouTube, but the funny thing about Jemima is that she is now cos playing a corporate lifestyle by hiring a WeWork type space that she calls 'the office' and filming the same type of 9-5 content but no longer actually has the corporate job and all the pressure that comes with it - so I suppose in Ellen's defence at least she gave up the corporate lifestyle for something slower/retiree adjacent rather than trying to chase the same views. She’s really lucky she grew so quickly with her 9-5 content back when she started. I don’t think she’d have much of a following at all if she only ever produced her current, retiree content.
I wondered if she'd addressed this. I don't often watch her these days, but watched a vlog recently where she ate ham and also a chicken sandwich, so definitely no longer pescetarian. She may have talked about it, but like I said, I only watch her vlogs every once in a while, so might have missed it.She always said she was a pescetarian as her mum (and maybe other members of her family?). But she is preparing chicken in her latest video.
Not seen anything where she's addressed she's now back to being a meat eater again - she was devouring prosciutto in her last vlog.I wondered if she'd addressed this. She was always so quick to point out that she didn't eat meat and mentioned it quite a lot. I wonder what changed? Not seen anything where she's addressed she's now back to being a meat eater again - she was devouring prosciutto in her last vlog.
And read and shop! It’s all the same thing over and over which is fine when people have lives where they go to work, see friends, do relatable things. But all she does is garden and bake.
