She seems so naive about the whole situation, I’m guessing no one in her family or personal life has suffered with fertility or even losses, I don’t know anyone personally who has suffered with fertility, but I know so many women, even just in my family that have had miscarriages, I had two in the last year.. but don’t forget she lives in some sort of fairytale world
she’s horribly naive. I really really get that as a FTM you don’t know half of the worries and the realities of pregnancy, stillbirth and loss but her audience is so wide she has to educate herself if she’s going to talk about it. she sugarcoats everything until she wants someone to feel sorry for her. Breastfeeding is hard, her journey sounds like mine - but I can’t take her seriously or feel sorry for her because of the way she lets every young 20 something girl think pregnancy and newborn days are a dreamy walk on the park

Yea I mean I’ve never been pregnant nor do I plan to but my brother and his wife had their first 8 pears ago, easy as anything….she was 30 ish….always wanted more but it was never the right time for them financially etc until recently and they started to try a year or so ago and it’s not been as easy as the first time! She has already had one miscarriage, found out she had cysts as well which were potentially causing problems and it’s just not happening currently, which I know they re really upset about but equally they understand they re both a lot older now but it’s silly to assume just because the first was so easy, the second will be as well!
I thought that with the question about the company for finding out the gender. Who was even keeping a note of what company she used for it months ago to ask her? Seemed too specific of a question.
I’m the same, I’m 27 weeks with my third and only our family knows! My two miscarriages last year completely knocked me and so far it’s been so nice just living in this little bubble with our families
