Wow, that's quite unbelievable. I feel like in the 'before' pic she looks like any 'normal' woman would on a day-to-day basis. Whereas in the second pic you can tell she is sculpted to within an inch of her life and literally not an inch to pinch. I agree, as has been mentioned before, that Ella is naturally very petite, but to look like that takes a concerted effort and probably a lot of sacrifice in terms of diet and time-investment.

sounds like it!! ella seems like a genuine person and down to earth (obviously she's unrelatable financially for most people but if you watch her old youtube videos etc you can see her personality is lovely) so i cant imagine her putting up with molly for a long time tbh. i know someone a lot like molly in terms of personality (she wants to be an influencer too lol of course) and i had to cut off the friendship because it was so toxic. i dont know what it is about the influencer scene but most of them are genuinely horrible and i can imagine that molly is the same.
So she's saying that Molly-Mae didn't make much of an effort.
It's probably because they were at such different stages of life that they had nothing in common anymore. Ella chose to settle down and have a baby very young and Molly-Mae is at the peak of her career.
