The U.K. rules changed yesterday so we are allowed to meet one person outside. I’d think excessive travel would be frowned upon and I think Scotland’s rules are a little stricter? You can form a bubble with another household if you have a baby, but from her posts I’d assume they’ve bubbled with his parents?
I don’t think the bubble rule applies to Scotland. Restrictions are being discussed today. It seems a lot of people are just fed up now and doing as they please.
If you search her sister - hanaravenscroft she is with her now. Which is a liberty when people havnt seen there parents for months on end
