I saw, and yes it's a rude comment of course. I'm not defending him but she's been known on occasion to fat shame him. Again, I'm not saying it's not rude but I think that's their humour. She posted something the other say regarding comments the makes he makes to her and captioned it something along the lines of 'he's been making me laugh for x amount of years'.

This finding emails from another woman thing seems out of character for Eamonn. As you say, his Irish upbringing means he is quite straight laced in many things and I really can’t see him having an affair.
He had been divorced for 2 years before he started seeing Ruth and even then wouldn’t be photographed with her in case it upset his ex wife, children and family.

I don't disagree. He'll just have to put his big boy pants on won't he. Eamon and Ruth decided long ago to sell their souls for money by exposing themselves and their marriage to the public.
