The more I look at that new nose the wonkier it gets… it’s such a bad rhinoplasty. That’s going to collapse sooner rather than later. He’s like 26 or something? He’s completely ruined his face for nothing.

surely legitimate dysphoria would see the person have their genitals done. It comes with a lot of risks so it's not for every trans person. Some people deal with their dysphoria better than others, and they'd rather deal with the mental anguish than risk surgery.
Dylan however doesn't hide her bulge very well and often has visible facial hair growing. And his claiming girlhood just makes it all seem like a costume.

I’m assuming he got FFS for two reasons:
1) He has his face on TikTok everyday and he wanted his “transness” to be as visible as possible. Chopping off bits or even having a boob job wouldn’t be as visible in every video - this allowed him to create as much drama as possible, with “The Reveal” attempting to be a big shocker.
2) As we’ve all pretty much noticed, there’s not much difference in his face. This is the least impactful surgery he could’ve gone for while “transitioning” (I use the term loosely in his case). I still don’t believe this is anything other than a TikTok trend gone too far, and if he decides to stop later, well a nose job isn’t the same as lopping off his bits.

I also think this started as a parody or skit that got him so much attention and money he has leant into it. It appears to have worsened a latent ED and it’s now a career.
Can't link to it as it appears to have disappeared from my timeline, but he's just done a story on Insta in which he talks about some ED like behaviour - something along the lines of letting himself get really hungry before bed, then gorging on a takeaway mac-n-cheese he'd bought that morning and re-heated in the microwave. I know plenty of transgender people and I am not transphobic in the slightest. I do however draw the line at certain things but was always scared to say anything. This is why I love tattle, we can talk about anything.
