I have been looking at facial feminisation results and from what I understand they give you fuller cheeks, which she seems to have shown, and a nicer chin

Well apparently the bandages/cast is off, but Dilly is swollen so he’s put a heart over his face…dunno, that doesn’t look very swollen to me?! No big reveal just yet. Hurry up, I’m on the edge of my seat here (not) his friends are so fake! “You look like Audrey Hepburn!”

I will wait for the big reveal, but I honestly do still think there’s every chance he has faked the entire surgery and has maybe had something far less invasive and easily reversible like some botox or fillers.

Facial feminisation surgery sounds utterly horrific and it wouldn’t surprise me all if he’d actually gone for something less drastic. Most FFS results are crap anyway, so it’s not like anyone would be able to tell if he had or hadn’t.
I often wonder what the long term effects are of FFS. You’re chipping into bone. I wonder if there will be a lot of people with chronic pain as they age.

his jaw will have been shaven down on the sides, his chin made softer, his forehead will also be made narrower (idk how they do this? more shaving of the skull?) and also a nose job at the very least
I didn't know they touched bone, can't imagine how much that hurts after surgery and as you get older.
oh and they also sometimes get lip lifts as men tend to have a bigger gap between their nose and top lip (even if their lips are plump or not)they all get nose jobs when getting FFS. they all want it shaven down into a tiny Whoville nub

I can’t stand his ultra conservative views (especially the religious bs he puts out) but I do agree with his trans arguments.
That’s just insulting to Audrey.Jes*s Chr*st, nobody looks like Audrey Hepburn, she was a delicate beauty, words that will never ever be used for this irritating man masquerading as a female.
It can include cutting part of the forehead bone, removing and reshaping and then putting it back, excess tissue being cut away from eyes, fillers, using large from other parts of the body or fracturing and moving the cheekbones into a different position to make them appear more rounded, lip lift, rhinoplasty, jaw reduction which is achieved by shaving the jaw down and reshaping it and removing part of the chin bone to make the chin appear smaller.
Dylan looked like a feminine man beforehand so I don’t think his surgery will be too excessive.

And in general (not you, Winthropp) seriously, why are people still saying "her face" etc? Come on!! He is a male, will always be a male and has always been a male. He can don a wig and shave his chin but HIS face will still look male after surgery.
