I don’t know why they bother with facial feminisation surgery. It simply doesn’t work, you can’t cheat biological reality. India Willoughby has had it and still looks male at first glance, to me anyway.
One thing I’ve been wondering about Dylan is what is his end game? Aside from the grifting. Before he began this girlhood farce, wasn’t he a gay man? So, who is he going to love now (besides himself and those sweet, sweet dollar$). I can’t imagine gay men wanting to sleep with him, since he is presenting as a ‘girl’. Is he trying to get a straight man? I don’t know any straight guys who would be into him. Because he’s still a man in a dress. So he is literally in no man’s land. Or will he just have relationships with other trans identifying men? I don’t get it. And yes, there is more to life than a romantic relationship but so much of his persona feels like it’s trying to be flirty/sexual, so it’s clearly something he is seeking. Does anyone have any ideas?

The gay and lesbian communities are full of people claiming to be homosexual when they are in fact open to shagging the opposite sex as long as they use the right pronouns so it makes sense to me.

I saw this yesterday, it's definitely an interesting take - like you, not sure I agree either, but a nice theory... never know, he could be right! If Dylan wants to take on female roles, then he'll also have to accept that by the time he's 35 he'll be over the hill and only fit for casting in 'ageing miserable spinster' parts...and I'm sure he'll be a-ok with taking less money for them than his male counterparts, too!
