This side by side pre and post op pic was posted in that Twitter thread. He hasn’t had anything dramatic has he? When this has run it’s course he’ll still pass as a man so don’t think he had as much done as he said. The nose, hairline and chin look different, but it’s hasn’t made him look more feminine, just way older.

I commented something similar a few weeks back and fully agree. Least invasive and least impactful surgery he could’ve done to allow him to “transition” back when he fades back to obscurity.

I watched a video on youtube the other day about Mulvaney and the ideology. Emotional blackmail came up, this show Dylan did is the epitome of that, emotionally blackmailing viewers to feel sorry and to stamp out debate. It's the "or else" stance. I tend to agree, I don’t see him particularly changing body wise, I don’t think he’s really transitioning or taking hormones. Five o’clock shadow kinda gives it away. He is so just cashing in on the fame and money. I think he’ll milk it for all he can then when he’s a nobody again (cos let’s face it, a grown man dressing up is not a job or a talent) he’ll go back to being his extremely camp gay man self.
