OK, so apparently Dilly 10 Milly had the same facial surgeon as Caitlyn Jenner - explains a lot, now we’ve seen the results…

As soon as I saw the photo, I said to my friend, he looks just like Caitlin Jenner

I think these issues come with varying degrees of context and I don't think one case of someone's transgender identity should reflect on everyones but a lot of what is being posted here doesn't feel very reflective of facts. I've only known one transgender person and they came to the realisation at 50 years of age but this whole 'agenda' idea that people want to 'mutilate' young people is absurd.

I respect everyone is allowed have their opinions and since I don't fall in the LGBT community I can't talk for anyone in it but it just feels like a lot of people in this thread just don't like transgender people and could benefit by actually talking to some about their experiences of dysphoria and the humanity of it. This all feels very THEY'RE COMING TO TAKE OUR CHILDREN!

If people in here quote people like Matt Walsh and push his rhetoric and films you've already lost on human decency alone. The man says that children who are r**ed by their father should be forced to bring the child to term.

Dylan is an AGP, the same as your friend.

5 hours of electrolysis?! So the laser hair removal didn’t work, then? I’m someone who had to have this treatment for PCOS a few years back and the consultant that did mine would only do 30 minutes max at a time because of the stress on the skin… 5 hours. I smell bovine doings…

I had electrolysis years ago and as you say the sessions are only usually for about half an hour. The hairs can grow back as well so numerous sessions are needed to get rid of them completely.

He claimed he had his Adam’s apple shaved, but it doesn’t look like it. The only real difference I can tell is his (bad) nose job and awful tiny forehead. Otherwise he’s exactly the same. Him saying it can take a year for swelling to go down, what a load of nonsense!

I think he's had filler too, as his face looks fuller.

Yeah, just to back up @Deeznutslol surgery was done by the same guy as did Caitlyn... Dr Harrison Lee? (I think) is his name. It's eerie how similar they look now. Considering the beef they've had lately, Dilly ending up looking like Jenner's love-child isn't exactly a win...

My daughter has a friend who is a trans woman in her 20s. She told me that her friend always hated being born a man and now lives totally as a woman. So not an on/off like Izzard.

According to her 'trans rights' are about people like her friend having access to HRT and treatment on the NHS. My daughters friend currently has to buy her own HRT online.

While I do feel a bit sorry for her friend, do we think that this should be available free or not

Years ago the NHS used to do some cosmetic surgery for free (like nose jobs) but I don't know if this is still the case or not.

One thing I’ve been wondering about Dylan is what is his end game? Aside from the grifting. Before he began this girlhood farce, wasn’t he a gay man? So, who is he going to love now (besides himself and those sweet, sweet dollar$). I can’t imagine gay men wanting to sleep with him, since he is presenting as a ‘girl’. Is he trying to get a straight man? I don’t know any straight guys who would be into him. Because he’s still a man in a dress. So he is literally in no man’s land. Or will he just have relationships with other trans identifying men? I don’t get it. And yes, there is more to life than a romantic relationship but so much of his persona feels like it’s trying to be flirty/sexual, so it’s clearly something he is seeking. Does anyone have any ideas?

I do wonder about what his motivation really is. I initially thought that he was less likely to be AGP because he’s gay and a lot of your more typical types seem to be straight men who retain an attraction to women hence they become ‘lesbian’. I feel his previous ‘twink’ identity plays a part in it and that he probably does idealise the concept of being submissive to other men somehow, but I still feel his major motivation is attention seeking and ‘validation’. I’d be very surprised if he’s had many actual relationships of any sort in the past. There’s just something off putting about him, like he’s been playing roles and characters for so long that there’s not really anything there behind the facades and the dressing up.

In the video I posted earlier a fellow AGP but now a detransitioner explains exactly how to spot it in Dylan. Once you see it you can't unsee it.

It's a weird one because they're the most vicious spiteful women on the net but very precious about criticisms of any public figures, oh except for the Tories & Brexit voters. The use the C word a lot and there's no problem with vile free speech towards Nigel Farage it seems.

I will never feel sympathy for Nigel Farage (or any male politician for that fact)

I have been looking at facial feminisation results and from what I understand they give you fuller cheeks, which she seems to have shown, and a nicer chin

I think her face will just look “fuller” tbh

It can include cutting part of the forehead bone, removing and reshaping and then putting it back, excess tissue being cut away from eyes, fillers, using fat from other parts of the body or fracturing and moving the cheekbones into a different position to make them appear more rounded, lip lift, rhinoplasty, jaw reduction which is achieved by shaving the jaw down and reshaping it and removing part of the chin bone to make the chin appear smaller.
Dylan looked like a feminine man beforehand so I don’t think his surgery will be too excessive.

Well apparently the bandages/cast is off, but Dilly is swollen so he’s put a heart over his face…dunno, that doesn’t look very swollen to me?! No big reveal just yet. Hurry up, I’m on the edge of my seat here (not) his friends are so fake! “You look like Audrey Hepburn!”

I think the person says 'Audrey Hepburn nose', so it sounds like he's had a nose job.
