Actually was pleasantly surprised by the Q&A. He does seem like a nice lad and she seems calmer and happier than she's been in the past. I haven't followed her much in recent years though. Seems like they were going to have a baby in like a year anyway? They both seem very in it and ready to have a baby. So I suppose it doesn't really make a difference. But yea they seem dumb to not use contraception. But if she did get pregnant by accident on purpose that's obviously really bad, hopefully she didn't do that.

Yes, Royal College of Surgeons. Using her sports nutritionist qualification. RCS has been doing some project on Obesity and from what she had mentioned (she said she was working in RCS) I figured that is the department she was in
No it's prob not healthy but neither is having a baby when you're struggling with an ED.

where did she say she was/is working in the RCS? i missed that.

i agree, having a baby when suffering with an ed isn't a good idea.

It's definitely hard to watch. Aisling admitted on the trimester 2 update video that she usually skips one meal a day so she only eats 2 meals a day. And of course she had to mention that the Fanta she drinks is sugar free. She's constantly saying how heavy she feels and how she would spiral if she knew her weight now as she's the heaviest she's ever been! She seemed very upset to have gained 10lbs, so much so that she apparently can't cope with knowing if she has gained more since that weigh in. She's massively struggling with the changes in her body. I truly hope she has professional help to deal with it, it's honestly quite worrying seeing how bad her ED is while she's pregnant.

i found that very frightening. i hope paddy and her parents encourage her to seek professional help because it is glaringly obvious that she needs it.

it worries me that with her ed as it is (and getting worse), will she (unintentionally) project her issues with food/weight gain/image onto her child as they grow up? it would be very unfair if she did, though i understand it would likely be unintentional, but i do hope it doesnt happen.

It’s worrying that she’s now offering to give advice about GA and nutrition during pregnancy.
the girl hadn’t a clue what she’s saying when it comes to nutrition or makeup!
it’s really clear she hasn’t studied for years (and google isn’t studying aishling)

I can see this all ending badly Paddy will be off, aishling will be on a diet/extreme exercise program, her mam will have the baby....

weird someone so into health doesn’t seem phased about breastfeeding at all. (And I’m not a “breast is best” type, I’m just saying she’s already set herself up to bottle feed)

it is worrying. considering she hasnt done nutrition work in years i dont know why she would be giving out advice now, unless she has kept herself up to date with everything in the world of nutrition.

there was a time when we (ireland) were out of level five restrictions and partners were allowed in for the 20 week scan, that is the one paddy was at.

I had to laugh in one of her first pregnancy videos she said she went for her scan and met her "team " of midwives, am you're not Kate Middleton hun, I'm sure you'll get whatever mid wife is working on the day.

I’ve been told her eating disorder story isn’t quite true, and it’s not something she suffered with in her school days. But I’m not sure what to believe with her.

I personally would rather not speculate whether or not she genuinely has an eating disorder, but I would say its typical of these youtubers to have some affliction so they can say "oh poor unfortunate me, I have it so tough".

Whether it's an eating disorder, being overweight, being autistic or ADHD or being bullied as a child for absolutely anything. They all have to have one terrible affliction.

Well true I suppose I’m just thinking how Ireland is small and everyone knows what everyone does so I’m assuming people she went to school with know she has a YouTube and I would just be embarrassed to say that was my full time job considering it’s not a very successful channel

It's funny she says that people are making up stories about her but the "stories" are just the truth.
She did convince Paddy that it was safe to have unprotected sex, she does leave her baby with the Grandparents most days in the week, she does buy a lot of cheap fashion, she is obsessed with that pair of chelsea boots, she doesn't eat a varied healthy diet & really shouldn't be a nutritionist.
She is the one making up stories.
I can't wait to see what Paddy gets her for Xmas.

Ugh I hope she doesn't try to be like those gobshites Sacconee/Jolyes! I don't think she would go to their extreme though bc she does seem to value a bit of privacy, even if that is just to cover her lies.
Also although I think Paddy is alright with being in a few videos and getting a little bit of "fame", I don't think he would be willing to showcase his whole life online. But sure I guess we'll see
I feel like she did have an ED before Jimmy but is was somewhat stable and then after Jimmy, everything just went down hill.
I honestly didn't think you could be a nutritionist if you have an ED, like they don't even let you study it in college?
Something is def off about her job. I wonder if since she got pregnant they decided to not extend her contract it would be super shite of them but it is also very believable to of happened.

There's some serious mental gymnastics going on for her to say it was planned. An unplanned pregnancy is not the end of the world, she doesn't need to try and justify it like.

she must have more pjs than clothes at this stage in all seriousness though her disney obsession is unhealthy and very immature. at 31 she really needs to let it go. she is quite immature at times i think. i do wonder if having a baby will help her to mature and grow up a bit. she always says X/Y/Z is not "cute". i dont get the obsession with everything and anything needing to be "cute". can anyone explain this to me? i hear a lot of it (not just from aisling) and it baffles me every time.

she said before she was "moving away from fast fashion" or something and then did a plt haul (or a haul for some other inexpensive brand).

if she quit buying excess cheap rubbish she could easily invest in a few good quality pieces that would last her years.

i buy both good quality and from penneys, but i only buy from penneys if i know i'll get to wear the item a number of times and all of what i have from penneys has lasted me a few years. i wash them all at 20 degress with a gentle detergent and mind them as I do with my expesive bits and they last really well even though they're cheap.

its easy to do, but she has no interest in it as she thinks more is better not less is more.

I don't know another adult over the age of 25 that has the same cute obsession. But that being said I try not to same anyone for their aesthetic preferences. (I fail at that though, some people have awful taste).To each their own and all that. For me it's just the needless tat. None of it anything that will stand the test of time.

There was a guy after Jimmy before paddy, very camera any don't think we ever saw him she did loads of vids of them doing up his apartment and it was so small then they just break up better off as friends!

Sidenote, I saw on another forum about loads commenting that she eats terrible for a qualified nutritionist

OMG yes!! Doing up his apartment and was ready to move in with him.. seems to be a common theme with Aisling - moving in with her boyfriend and then having a “sudden” breakup!!

I know for a fact she didn’t pay over €250k for that house. I don’t know where she is getting this. It isn’t a new build, they are there about 20 years and in her parents estate.

In fairness she never said it was a new build nor was it 500k
She said they had their name on a new build which wouldn't have been built on time so they turned to look at 2nd hand houses and she said there was only one previous owner and they kept it in great condition etc etc and the 500k was an example where she was explaining what FTB needed eg 10% deposit blah blah blah

IDK I feel they are both grown up enough to handle their own doings & so they are choosing to have a baby. I don't feel bad for him at all, he is old enough to not be that naïve & he should be responsible enough to wear a condom
