Question about Paddy's friends because I'm interested in Irish culture (I'm from the US.) He's 27 years old - is that still a normal "party/single" age for men in Ireland? Here if you are a 27-year old man, you probably have more than one friend in your group that is married and has at least one child (if not more.) It's interesting that all his mates are still single. Do men generally get married/settle down later in Ireland? I'm in a relationship, but if I was still single and met a 27 year old guy who was still in the party stage, that would be a huge red flag for me.

to be fair he’s only turned 27, so he was only 26 when the pandemic hit, 25 when they started dating isn’t old at all, it wasn’t his first relationship either.

I think a “settling down age“ here, marriage and kids etc, would be around 29/30.
not many I know have kids before that age nowadays, most of my friends wou have been around 30/32 starting a family,
maybe 10 years ago to do that all at 27 would be more the norm, but not now, when you’ve spent so much time in uni/building a career.

theres a difference between being in a committed relationship to having a 31 year old girlfriend you've dated for less than a year (11 or 12 months dating I think when she got pregnant?) get pregnant.

I like some of the names she mentioned but i'd be surprised if she used any of them except for the one she kept private. she mentioned about people saying "oh i wouldnt name my son that" or whatever, but that will be said about the names she had made public so if its such a concern then why make any of their potential names public ? i feel like im reading too much into this

im interested in what her girls name choices will be.

Did anyone else notice she said her hair was naturally golden and her roots are dark because of pregnancy hormones? I'm sure in other videos she's said her natural colour is dark brown! Is she trying to pretend she's a natural blonde now?

yes i noticed that. i dont know who she is trying to fool but its very obvious if you look at old photos and videos that her hair is naturally dark. she has even said so in previous videos.

IDK I feel they are both grown up enough to handle their own doings & so they are choosing to have a baby. I don't feel bad for him at all, he is old enough to not be that naïve & he should be responsible enough to wear a condom
Her saying how they met was so unique ya met on bumble luv, the unique part is you stalked your sisters profile(rejects) & found him.

his reaction at 18 minutes was shocking for a grown ass man though, like he was genuinely shocked you can get pregnant when you have unprotected sex.
He’s not into her like she is him, that seems to be the way with all of her relationships which is sad, his family seem like real family people though, so I assume they’ll last now, but if we hadn’t had a pandemic I think they’d have gone their separate ways by now.

5 week old baby, already got her eyebrows micro braided, gone to the cinema, gone to get piercings gone shopping numerous times, gone on a weekend away without her baby, manages to get 10k steps in a day, has booked in a full days hair appointment......

Well a Zara XS is a medium sized woman so right now I’d rather be a normal size 14 with a healthy attitude to life than have a baby and be fixated on weight loss, exercise and body checking to thousands on line. She’s on a high like all anorexics when restricting, but her mind isn’t on her baby at all.

Wonder what paddy thinks of it all.

paddy likes the barbie look, and from comments she’s made he seems a bit weird about food himself (Not in a restricted way just fussy)
So I doubt he cares once he gets his arm candy back, the only photos he had of her on his Instagram were full on 1990’s ashling.

I could be completely wrong here & it's only an observation but having seen MM's video & Aisling's I nearly feel like Aisling was mentioning everything MM had & making sure people knew that MM isn't the norm. I know they made a video together before so I assume Aisling seen MMs video & it scared the sh*te out of her (as it did with many of us I'm sure)

The way Aisling praised the midwives, spoke about how they read & followed her birth plan entirely, having a 2nd degree tear but brushing over it saying it was sore but she got on with it, even the picture of the tea and toast and how it was the best tea and toast ever She nearly covered every point MM made about how traumatic/awful birth was & gave us the complete opposite side

I hope she had that in mind. MM's video scared me too!

Tbh I think you’d struggle to find anything smaller without going into the kids range. I have a feeling Topshop don’t do the very small sizes they used to do maybe 10 years ago? Someone might correct me on that

she’s been in Dundrum a good few times when he’s over with her, and Lidl in rathfarnam. They go north side when they’re at his.

I'm fairly sure shes in Mullingar with her parents...

New build can actually be surprisingly expensive even down the country. Some 4 beds in Mullingar can go for 400k which is not 500k but still pricey enough. Obviously you would get a bigger house than in Dublin for that price. I’m not surprised they are close to her parents, they won’t survive without them

I know for a fact she didn’t pay over €250k for that house. I don’t know where she is getting this. It isn’t a new build, they are there about 20 years and in her parents estate.

which is weird because in the sit down video where she talks about getting pregnant, and again on her Instagram you could tell she was really insulted by her own friends saying they didn’t know she wanted children. I think her reaction was something along the line of

- it’s between me and paddy and we’re the only ones who need to know

- I didn’t know if I wanted a baby until I wanted knew I wanted paddy’s baby

I remember hearing alarm bells.

I noticed she ignored all questions about which deals she was in as well.

Do you think Paddy will propose soon or at all?

If he does I’d say it’s because of the pressure. I feel a bit sorry for him to be honest

I don’t think a woman needs to become some kind of housewife chained to her baby and the kitchen sink when they have a newborn,
but I’ve never seen a new mum go away so many times and spend so much time getting nails and hair extensions and micro blading done, in between her shopping trips and visits to her friends without the baby. All in the first few weeks/months of his birth.

100%. The babies grow so fast, it’s nice to cherish those early days. I think most women try to slow down and enjoy spending the time with the baby while on maternity leave , because it’s short enough and once you go back to work you are so much busier. Aisling only seems to have brows, nails, makeup, shopping in Zara, fitting in her S size dresses on her mind.

I think so but not for very long cos she was wfh during vlogs before she gave birth.

She’s back on YouTube. But I doubt that she’ll be posting regularly. She always says that she loves YouTube and has so much passion for making videos and then either posts nothing or the most boring pointless stuff.

I got the impression that Jimmy was happy in their relationship as it was but just didn't want to marry. She did want marriage and didn't want to stick around without it being an option.

I am surprised she still gets PR after she showed her storage room where she keeps it all. It was a room just stacked high with unorganized boxes of unused or almost gone, moldy, beaten up make up
