It was disgusting to insinuate Noah won't recognise her. She is a better mother for popping out when he is sleeping; any mum who feels confident and good about herself is a more positive and energised mum. And she lives with her parents and are a family, of course they are involved with Noah,they are bubbled!! Being in your own house but with a sleeping baby is not palming him off. Since he was born, they've spent 5days/nights apart: it's nothing!!
Aisling really should stop reading her thread though, most of the content is fabricated or extrapolated way out of context from throw away comments she's made, not opinions based in reality.
I love how Paddy and Noah have their special Boys Time! But what are mums on maternity leave supposed to do when the baby is off adventuring with daddy on his day off work? Should she be left chained to the sink, hand washing baby grows until her boys return for dinner?
Of course she can pop to Primark or get her hair done!!!
Why should any parent be martyring herself in 2021? It makes you a less energetic mum and a neglectful partner.
In this thread I sense jealous Mumsnet energy from unsupported, overtired, overworked mums who mourn the loss of their hot body of youth, that Aisling still has.
Watching her every day and then harbouring this venom can't be making any of you happy.

I agree. I think he comes across as a nice guy from the few times I've seen him in a vlog. He seems to come from a nice family, and he's obviously educated judging by his job. I'd say he's getting the pressure from all angles. You know what Irish mammies are like

Yeah I think you’ve hit the nail on the head. Poor Aisling has all the completely normal stresses that everyone goes through, but she also wants to post her journal for everyone to read through her videos online. This causes additional stress leading to three? Poor me videos in the last year.
poor me videos have the best views on her channel, which is very sad but entirely her own fault. She can’t see that she brings it on herself by reacting to it. Or maybe she’s smarter than we give her credit for and is playing to the crowd as it were.

She's in stark comparison to Melanie Murphy. The complete opposite.

Aisling seems to be taking it in her stride and be easy going. Melanie makes me think having a kid is torture!

I watched her newest video & I agree. She seems really happy & has a real nice relaxed demeanor about her. You can tell she is so in awe of him. The story is lovely to hear for those of us who haven't had a baby yet. It's so nice to hear a positive birth story. His little head melted my heart

I love how Paddy gets an office but has to share it as a family room in evenings & weekend, yet she also gets an office/walk in wardrobe & there's no mention of her sharing it

It's nice and bright and seems very well maintained. Much nicer than Melanie Murphy's mouldy house it's a shame it'll all be shades of grey when Aisling gets decorating. Zero personality. Also yes why do they have to make Paddy's office a family room when they literally have a living room for that?!

Sure a kid is way more of a commitment than marriage or a mortgage so they’re stuck together for life now
I did feel from her videos and insta posts she wanted a proposal at Christmas/birthday/valentines especially since she’s been pregnant
but I get that feeling from her with any guy she has been with, she’s just one of those girls that is desperate for a ring, at least that the vibe I get from her

I don't know why people are asking me about my living arrangments, it's nobody's business...yet she shares her life on youtube...I mean where am I to get 500K for a house, I have my deposit and so does paddy...you're pregnant and in your 30's but live with your parents, you're not 19 having a baby, fucking go rent with your boyfriend and grow up
so they have about 40,000 between the two of them, unless she wants to live in Dublin why is she looking at houses for 500k?? I'm assuming the 40,000 as most people need at least 20,000 for a deposit, so if they both have one I'm assuming that's the amount but she didn't actually say the amount obviously
