It sounds like it was a pretty good investment at the time and sure it would be on the developer if they built too many houses which they couldn’t flog.

If someone wants to be an economic migrant then crack on and do it through the legal channels like everyone else has to.

It’s too expensive plus the fact the critical workers list is limited, most need sponsorship before they can get a visa…legal migration is far too high for infrastructure, it’s just pushing up rents and putting pressure on education and healthcare.

Maybe I’m missing something but even if Dalkey and Ballsbridge do get asylum processing centres won’t the successful applicants still be settled back into deprived areas for social housing?? It was brutal just like the Garda attacking that man in Coolock.No need to kick people in the face when they’re already restrained or kneel on people’s throat…That looks like armed response?…Just saw in the comments he attacked police and broke a female officer’s nose.

Yeah totally, seemingly the man had assaulted 3 female officers before this but that’s not in the video but there was no need for the stamping on the head. I just think Umar’s take was ridiculous and isn’t going to help what appears to be an escalating situation in the uk and Ireland
