We’ve had a scary evening here. A river (well actually more like a stream) down the road that never causes bother burst its banks and has flooded pretty much the whole village. It’s awful. We are lucky it’s not come into our house, but at one point it was over the kerb outside our door. I’ve been watching the fire bridge rescue people from my window

Well I’ve had some very good news today. My second job contacted me and asked if I’d like to be jabbed as we are classed as Health and Social Care. So I’m going on Wednesday morning to the local vaccination centre. Sadly I think it’s unlikely that Matt will be administering it

I'm watching the real housewives of Cheshire box set (don't judge me, Mr P has a new game to play online with his friends and I've exhausted Netflix). Thinking of a new series "the real housewives of downing street".

Warn her not to try and re-enact the lift scene. Raab was insistent he could lift me despite me towering over him and now he's put his back out so he's not going anywhere near a debriefing anytime soon.

The only lift she wants to try involves a stena stair lift. She needs to keep supple for the whipping sessions. She’s nobody’s fool, she’s being locked down again so wants to make sure her daily quota of red room time isn’t compromised.

Just driving back from the shops and the classic holding out for a hero comes on the radio...well I can tell you I gave it the performance of my life complete with dance moves, my hair is slowly turning into an 80’s classic so I might as well embrace it.
