She is responsible for much of the success she worked so hard for the team. She managed the tours with him and DaniIf I was her I would take the clothes off his back as well as everything else. He is keeping her sweet so she doesn't ruin him. I can't lie I have been thinking about this all day as I am not quite healed from my situation with my ex (currently getting therapy). How is starr to blame? Unless he cheated on fran with her that is. If they got together after the break up then she hasn't done anything wrong, and neither has he really, yes she is younger, but there's nothing to say that this relationship is unhealthy or grooming (at this stage)
I'm not defending Ashley at all but if it is true, maybe it just happened? Lots of relationships start in the workplace, often with age gaps. Doesn't mean they are predatory.
I agree with you, and if it is true about Star and Ashley then Fran can’t be that overly upset with the situation cos she’s still attending the shows, commenting on posts and so on. I don’t think the age gap is that alarming at all. She’s a grown women in her 20s, not an impressionable young girl. The situation is morally wrong, of course. I guess we can’t help who we fall for. The time on tour they spend together on a tour is very intense and connections are often formed.
I guess you are right. My over defence of Fran seems to have clouded my judgement in that way a little bit. I still think it is weird and I guess time will tell. I hate that I sound like the young ones but I also find it weird that he disproporinately likes her posts in comparison to other women in his circle which strange. Something just feels off to me, but will let it be

No connections other than a young girl at work having mutual friends with one of the female dancers. Other than that, just giving opinions and possible reasons for thing like us all. I don’t believe many of their actions recently can be justified if I’m honest with you. Wish I did have solid connections though so I could keep our minds from boggling.
This group really think they are gods gift to earth. I was just watching Ashleys story and he truly thinks he is a creative genius

I think it is telling especially as they have a very specific target audience who lacks... diversity (my niece does not stop with the woke agenda and I guess it is rubbing off on me). Just call it quits. But the majority of them would cease to exist or make a living without Ashley so it makes sense why they just following him blindly.
Said it once will say it again, Nathan is 100000% more talented than Ashley. When you watch the videos from the studio you can the dances look fresh and new. Ashley needs to step aside and focus on supporting Fran PROPERLY

Yeah because Laura actually had a personality and looked like she could stand up for herself. These types of men will only go for the simple types. This is why Fran is elite in my mind. Even though she is still trying to be involved with them I bet she challenged Ashley and he crumbled like the weak man he is. Same with Laura, before she was trying to do the influencer thing she was really thoughtful wth her posts and commentary on things. All Jess can do is be a literally back up dancer In Tik Toks.
