Seems the wheels have been coming off for a while. Definitely seems a bit of a divide in the group, possibly due to the behaviour of others. Ashley has been silent for ages. Lots of online praise for Warren taking the lead. Nothing from Ashley. Nay used to be all over Fran, now nothing. Dreadful. Whatever’s happened they will be connected for life as the children cousins and that should be paramount to them. Haven’t seen the children together in month, except for Christmas.

I don't get why unis give out these honorary degrees whats the point? It belittles the people who have actually done the work. And why in civil law? What does he do to do with that?? Surely it should be in a field he knows something about?

How young and naive must that Jess be to put her whole career on hold and follow Perri wherever he goes and take on minor roles to allow that. I know she met him at panto but is that her aspiration to do panto once a year and be their wardrobe girl?! Silly girl.

I think her aspiration is more likely to benefit from his fame and his money, as well as building her own social media presence. Seems to be working so far!

I used to like Diversity but then every semi final or final of BGT or The X factor Simon would roll them out to perform and it got boring. Then Jordan started getting presenting jobs just because he was Ashley's younger brother and despite not having any presenting experience.

Disgusting. They’re not even attempting to be subtle about it. Even if there is some drama, it’s the final show. Any decent girl would shout her over to be included in the photo! Nasty nasty little girls.

Naomi has confirmed Jordan isn't on tour as he has a few commitments that would take him away for 3-4 weeks at a time. He is happy to have built a career around the Banjo and Diversity name but now bails out when it doesn't suit him. I really can't imagine it brings a huge amount of money to the dancers.

I think we all called this last year that he was going to pull away from Diversity and the tour. He needs to be with the kids and he’s absolutely shattered the past 5 years with the radio early mornings. I think the boxing is much better for him and suits him. He’s much better at it (at a casual level) and enjoys it.

I know he said on his story he’s still part of the group when he went to see them, but if he’s not on tour or doing teaching he’s really not a primary member.

I think they shouldn’t be on the promotions cover though for the tour. But imagine it was created ages ago before he knew about his fight or PR commitments.

Since the radio is gone, it makes sense he’s had to take up other commitments to get money in.

Same with Starr, she was always doing PR but it’s only really taken off at global level this past year. She’s working with top brands and flying to the states and all. I’d say she’s on very good money if the estimates for PR adverts is to be believed. If she was on tour she’d earn much less and wouldn’t be able to commit to influencing.

For Jess, she’s also gotten into the influencing (no surprise here) so she’ll have a steady income from that and the dance she does. With Starr not there, I imagine she wasn’t really keen on being on tour either.

I feel they’re all branching off in different directions which is totally normal and I admit very late given they’re together so many years. But they formed the group when they were all teenagers.

Instead of calling it a day with Diversity, they’ll just max the use of the remaining members and get a few extras in that nobody really knows. It’s easy to find dancers, and as long as Perri and Ash are there, the show will go on. But it’s nice to see people are missing Jordan as well and he’s not forgotten about.

This group really think they are gods gift to earth. I was just watching Ashleys story and he truly thinks he is a creative genius I have gone to see them on this tour because my sister-in-law is obsessed and thought it was good but they way people talk about the stale 2010 choreography like it is revolutionary is... laughable. I think it is telling especially as they have a very specific target audience who lacks... diversity (my niece does not stop with the woke agenda and I guess it is rubbing off on me). Just call it quits. But the majority of them would cease to exist or make a living without Ashley so it makes sense why they just following him blindly.

Said it once will say it again, Nathan is 100000% more talented than Ashley. When you watch the videos from the studio you can the dances look fresh and new. Ashley needs to step aside and focus on supporting Fran PROPERLY

I did wonder to myself was Geo was hurt she wasn’t included in the birthday trip to Paris. They’re all home from tour now to take over some classes. I really think Jess and Najah have brought a horrible element to the dynamic of the group. The outfits are questionable but i just put that down to my age and being out the loop with modern fashion

I know we don't see everything but I can't help but think Ashley is missing out on his children's formative years by putting everything in to his career. I'm pretty sure their tour covers their birthdays too (and always has done). Of course he'll justify it by saying it's all for them blah blah blah but really it's just to feed his ego (like the ginormous photo of him on the tour poster )!

I like Jordan as a presenter but as a person he’s trash. The fact he constantly puts Naomi above the kids is awful!!

He does prioritise them more than she does, though. And they always seem to have fun with him.
That’s not to say he doesn’t put Naomi first most of the time, though. I do think there’s an element of him pandering to her demands, out of the fear of losing her if he doesn’t. In his mind he’s punching, even though he could do so much better!

I had to do my exams separately because of severe anxiety in secondary and if someone had done that on my door, that would be me done. You don’t mess with someone’s education!

Exactly. I assume they were in a hotel or conference centre, so it could be someone doing an Open University exam for their degree, or for some form of professional qualification. Appalling behaviour which exposes their own lack of education and sheer immaturity.

So geo posted some interesting stories this week.
One about one of the new diversity dancers (mya) and how she wouldn't have got through this year without her (a happy bday post)
Then she posted saying she had a ticket to Adele in Munich this weekend that she didn't want.
Then a letting people go image thing.
And now starr has put she is in Munich with someone and I'm assuming that's to see Adele.
I think something has definitely happened

…and also forgot to say…had I known two of the front runners were not dancing this year I probably wouldn’t have bought tickets! Because despite what Ashley thinks, the show isn’t about him for some of us!

i find it so ironic that he is on his stories talking about creativity and it not being about the ego. Massive rolling on the floor with my whole ass out levels of delusion coming from him. it must be a slight mental illness at this point if he thinks for one minute that he is not completely consumed by his own ego. I also think his delusional fans make it worse because if they were here for the talent they would be supporting Nathan!! Just because he is sexy in a fetish way he is the center for people. very sad.

Also i was thinking the same about Nathan not being part of the tour as the only gay person and the fact shante is the only dark skinned girl and she is so obviously isolated. it is presenting as anything other than diversity and inclusion

They stayed behind to teach in the studio. They’re two of the best dancers in the group, which is great for their studio students but absolutely rubbish for fans going to the tour. Nathan brought a real edge to them. He is beautiful and brings that sassy element which I adored in precious tours. Considering the name is diversity, taking out the only member part of the LGBQ community is ironic.
