I agree with you, and if it is true about Star and Ashley then Fran can’t be that overly upset with the situation cos she’s still attending the shows, commenting on posts and so on. I don’t think the age gap is that alarming at all. She’s a grown women in her 20s, not an impressionable young girl. The situation is morally wrong, of course. I guess we can’t help who we fall for. I'm not defending Ashley at all but if it is true, maybe it just happened? Lots of relationships start in the workplace, often with age gaps. Doesn't mean they are predatory.
