So he wants to move out of his shared house but struggling to find somewhere. Even though he has a girlfriend of 3 or so years who’s just moved into her own flat nearby. Fliss... I’m not sure how that 5 year plan to have a baby is going...

This absolute melt was just waiting to cross the road at a crossing opposite where I was crossing. Two things I noticed about him:
1. He was def looking around to see if anyone was looking at him (I had sunglasses on so he wouldn’t have noticed the 0.00000001 second glance I gave him) Spoiler alert: nobody and I mean nobody was looking at him
2. He is a LOT smaller IRL than he looks on insta.

Because women are an easy target. Weight loss is the easiest thing to facilitate as a novice/amateur PT.
Men may have more complicated goals. Women may too, don’t get me wrong. But he’s looking for women who want to simply lose weight, because that requires the least work from him.
I also doubt he has the knowledge, experience, or skill to help anyone recomp their body or actually build muscle.
So yea. He’s going after the low hanging fruit. Uninformed, insecure, vulnerable women who don’t like the way they look

Just more talk...the disaster was nearly 2 years ago. He brags about helping the kids...you mean the kids you gave some cheap football too and then left them for 2 years holding onto (maybe!?) The £100k which is theirs not his.
And bow after 2 years all he's doing is handing it over to another charity? What happened to him personally spending it in schools and sport centre. BTW £100k will not go far at all and would have been better spent on food, blankets, heating etc as soon as possible.

He’s over there on the ground seeing everything first hand and trying to help. It means a lot to him I assume because of his heritage and his family. I think fair play to him, there aren’t many people that would do that. Yes he may be doing it for clout but with his following he’s raising awareness and that’s so very important right now.

I think Diren would be good on the gym floor. I think he would do well to open a gym and coach clients face to face. He has a lot of knowledge but unfortunately had lost his way a bit trying to be James 2.0.
When I first found him I actually really liked his energy and humour and he seemed to have more knowledge and lived experience than james but now he is just a knob lol
As a personal trainer the post about accessing stocks and saving annoys the hell out of me. He is targeting the vulnerable and to pressurise people into parting with min £200 per week just because he is struggling is a joke! Watching his videos he obviously googles exercises and replicates them poorly...his knowledge and execution is terrible. Just seen he's sent around 50 emails out in last few days in desperation for his new summer challenge. He had a 50% offer on at £97 reduced from £197, and even said 'don't message me from Monday asking for a discount as it ends Sunday night and that's it!' By Wednesday he has a discount at 40% and its now £57!?! Desperate man.
If I had paid £97 under the illusion there would be no more discounts and then it was reduced to £57 I'd be so annoyed...that's gonna be a nice atmosphere in his first live! Let's hope they all use the 30 day money back guarantee!
Can I also add I've been in the industry for over 30 years and have loved it, but with guys like Diren the industry is going to shit! Such a shame.
