I am actually fine with DS at the moment to be honest. It is a much kinder site right now, I do think in some form in the future GD will return when/if this is all blown over. The moderation will just be better I think. I mean if it's true about all of this legal action then why not just ban the posters that were causing the trouble. I think they want people like that to forget about DS for now and in the future it might return in a more chatter way

I think it is a Gordon Ramsay restaurant. Although it seems to get average reviews.

Oh yes Oleo Strut, I remember him well from my days posting on politics. Does anyone remember gigabit. He kept getting banned and came back with different names but he was sussed out every time.

I haven’t been over there to look. I’m thinking it may all be on the way out as I don’t think the main site is that successful. Seems to have been eclipsed by newer sites and this is a last ditch effort at revival.

Anyone who thinks they will, are just kidding themselves.

There is more chance of the entire forums going, than the return of politics.

You couldnt even mention that just by going on common sense i said we would be locked down over xmas because the numbers rise in the winter, and that by April the numbers will be so low we should be out of lockdown and getting on with our lives

christ, 5 of them nearly had heart attack that i dared mention things getting back to normal that early, its all about the data for them, when we know the data is flawed it has literally no baring on weather , or even if the person actually died of covid and didnt die and just happened to test positive a couple of days before.

Nope its all copy and pasted BS from a PM and team that have proven untrustworthy from day 1 of the pandemic being known about, they same 5 people posting every day have clearly lost their mental faculties to deal with the time it comes to getting back to normal

It was one of the main reasons I pretty much "vanished" off DS.
from the start everyone at Channel 5 knew I was posting back what I had been told.
I had even sent them threads. All of a sudden this became a big issue and it got very nasty
with everything else going on it was the final straw.
