I get the impression that she is a woman in her 30s with a teenage son. I also believe she was married to a greek guy and had another son and they were both killed. As for the rest of it, I think it is probably 15% truth and 85% fantasy - I've noticed she'll quite often respond to something with a very short answer but then come back an hour or so later with a long and detailed post about the topic so seemed like she'd looked it up. Also all the expensive clothes, shoes, perfumes, etc. that she claims to have, they're all the sort of thing that would be advertised in a glossy magazine with a write up about the product. I never agreed with him but I respected GreatGodPan. He was true to his beliefs and was an argumentative fucker but he was always courteous and informed. This was despite being constantly baited.
