Another Hunza G bikini because they are the most comfortable things ever

I’m tempted by a Loewe basket but I saw a few baaaaad fake ones last summer and it put me right off

I can’t stand their TikTok at all. Makes me feel ill how braggy they are and then the virtue signalling helping those less fortunate . I hate the saying money can’t buy class because I have zero class myself but they are the definition of tacky imo

Tell us more if you can? I’ve always wondered what the warehouses of high end online retailers look like! Are they the same as BooHoo type places where everything is stacked in boxes ready to be picked? How are garments stored? And the security must be tighter? Genuinely interested x

Ive nevee been to boohoos so cannot compare. Sports direct, HOF and flannels stock is all kept in the same massive warehouse, but split across the different product categories as there is a lot of crossover regarding where customers can buy a sku, e.g. l think u can get mulberry at booth hof and flannels. Most warehouses across the industry look the same, but from what I could tell at SD, the staff are rushed off their feet and staff turnover is high, so the level of care is there and not really required from their managers.

I would use flannels as a last resort if u cannot find an item that sold out elsewhere. And if u can, do click and collect so if it comes damaged u can return straight away rather than having to dispute via email, phone etc, their customer service isn't as good as Selfridges, Harrods etc

Farfetch is a marketplace so you're not buying directly from them but a designer boutique that trades on farfetch. As a result your items could be coming from anywhere in the world. I've always had a good experience from them so I wouldn t hesitate in buying from then

I got given an Aspinal clutch bag from a friend/her family with like passport etc bits inside. I'd heard of Aspinal but never really looked at them. Googled it. Feeling guilty for the gifts I got them now it's very beautiful though, including the box and everything it came in.

ETA just seen the box was an extra fiver. My life lol

Hi all, looking to upgrade my watch. I’ve been wearing a rose gold Marc Jacobs watch for the last 10+ years. I got it from a parent and just haven’t taken it off. I’m not really sure what’s a good choice or trendy. I don’t mind splashing out a few more 000s for something that’s an investment piece and I could sell if I needed money etc.

I had a few of the old Balenciaga Motorcycle bags which I sold a couple of years ago - if they were still my style I'd probably use those but what I've seen of the new Balenciaga stuff is tacky AF anyway so no great loss there.

Yeah that’s a lot to spend on something that you may not wear. Incredible for a Christmas party or winter wedding though 🤍 I’m amazed at what’s on Maxx these days, hidden in all the shit are some gems. I found a past season silk Hayley Menzies dress on there last year - just one left, in my size for something like £100. I’d given up hope of finding one in stock anywhere and there it was. I mean, it was one of the best days of my life!

YSL is great quality isn’t it? I have an East West tote and a couple of pairs of Nu Pieds and they have all worn beautifully. Super cute bag

Hello my fellow enablers Just looking for some advice. I’m looking for a thin/skinny belt to wear mainly with dresses (I’m quite petite so thinking a thin belt might work best for cinching in my waist). I’m considering the Hermes Focus 13mm belt in the pic for €440 (reversible also). What do people think or do you have any other recommendations?

Yes! It’s all very cheesy. I’ll give it to her though she’s got guts to go in the stores and record herself with bags she has no intentions buying. I’m scared to ask for something when I do want to buy lol

Just been into flannels (against my better judgement) in the off chance they had some trainers I’m thinking about, but never tried them on. They did and got me a pair out of the back and I noticed there was a reduced sticker on reducing them by £106! I like and said I’d definitely be buying them if they fit! The girl took the shoe off me and checked… apparently it was an old sale sticker well that’s not my fault of the stockroom staff arent on it and don’t remove old stickers.
I got a floor manager over and they said they can’t honour it. I challenged him and said would he rather not have a sale at the reduced price than no sale and he said they system won’t over ride it (ok ). Fuckers.

Ha, hate this They never have to honour these. Always feels like a win when they sneakily put it through!

This isn’t about a designer item but I’d really appreciate some help. My daughter is getting married at the beginning of June next year and I’d like to spend a weekend in London with her before the big day itself. I was hoping to book a luxurious spa treatment for her in one of the London hotels followed by champagne and dinner afterwards etc. but I’m still undecided about which hotel/spa to choose. I’ve looked at the Four Seasons, the Mandarin Oriental, the Corinthian etc. but I can’t decide where to go. Would anyone be able to recommend somewhere please? I would really appreciate any advice you could give me.
