Depher /CPH CIC #4 Burnley Council have an approved list and Depher is not on it

Thank you lovely. Welcome fellow griftbusters.
By way of recap, since the last thread:
- Jimmy made up a story about an 86 year old man being scammed out of £5k, then when the invisible criminals returned to scam a further £5k, the police found they were armed with a gun and machete. The man is now 74, according to the gospel of St James.
- When called out for this egregious lie, DEPHER deletes social media and sets up new Twitter account (which he is paying £££ in donations for a gold tick despite having under 1000 followers)
- Called someone a “fooking m*ng” and then proceeded to say this was because he was angry about “trolls bullying a disabled boy” - this was not true and the child was brought into this needlessly as a shield.
- Continued to doxx elderly, disabled and vulnerable service users via photos of them, their homes and straight up documents with their information in. Including emails from Lancashire County Council social services.
- Set up a new “food drive” where only 50+, disabled or homeless people (via referral only) can get 10 items for the bargain price of £7. Oh but you have to pay £2.50 for the privilege of that. Now changed so there is no joining fee and you get 14 tins of processed junk for the privilege.
- James continued to suicide bait in April, with a made-up story of following someone on Twitter in 2020 who was racist. Claims since this, he’s done nothing wrong but ‘trolls’ won’t leave him alone. Meanwhile his missus is punting fake eyelash businesses and local tanning salons’ illegal nasal tanning sprays.
- James’ son and DEPHER employee, specky Decky, shares a disgusting ableist meme on his public FB page. James says it has nothing to do with DEPHER.
- James claims the BBC visited him in March and were shocked and very humbled at what DEPHER does. When he finds out it’s probably going to be an exposé, shits it and starts suicide baiting. Now changing the style of DEPHER’s social media posts as we speak as it is likely many will flock to his pages (for the wrong reasons).

I have probably missed LOADS but that’s the highlights.

did anyone go back to the council on the FoI request for an explanation of the £400 payments?

Yes that was me - it’s in the last thread but link here! https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/requ...cic?nocache=incoming-2604925#incoming-2604925
It’s under a pseudonym so I don’t doxx myself.
it’s where the thread title has come from 😂

“Burnley Borough Council have an advisory list of contractors and DEPHER
CPH CIC and/or James Ward Anderson is not on this list.”

you're a queen, thanks very much for this.

so he's fitting boilers FOR FREE from the millions he received in donations, and then he's paying himself to do the work, and then he's getting vulnerable people to make claims for him to receive a further £400 from a cash-strapped council?
he's a morally bankrupt bleep.

From my experience in Lancs, council houses have no fridges or washers etc supplied and it’s 50-50 on cookers - if they’re built in and were fitted at build or via either a council scheme or an upgrade from the various companies who actually manage the social houses then there’s a good chance they’ll leave them there if they’re in good condition - if they were fitted by the tenant or are standalone (as in the pic James used) then normally they’re pulled out.

Plenty of grants/loans from both (National) charities and the council themselves to get at least cooker and fridge though, an elderly couple wouldn’t have to resort to depher at all. IME the issue tends to be washers as in theory you could rely on launderettes so they’re not seen to be as essential as the former two when prioritising funding.

It’s such bizarre behaviour claiming he’s some sort of saint for installing a cooker that *someone else* paid for. That post is deliberately vague to make people think DEPHER bought the cooker

I've just done a reverse image search on the profile photo of the 'admin' , Susan S, from the Depher facebook page and apparently she lives in Wisconsin. That's one hell of a commute to work in the morning. ;)

Ah yes just like “Jimmy George Sanderson” who has a profile pic of a Burnley sign but the cover photo is of a random family outside a distinctly North American looking house. And all his friends just so happen to be multiple James Anderson accounts, Babs and other DEPHER employees…

so whilst he ‘tidies up’ his public facing DEPHER pages (clearly with the help of AI) he’s encouraging joining his private pages. Wonder what’s on there.

Developments over the last few hours
- there's yet another store, this time a 'preloved' one (charity shop, innit)
- the food drive is now 14 items for £7

The ‘preloved’ (not-a-charity-charity) shop has been open for years - not sure why he’s making out like it’s new. Also he’s used a photo of the Keirby Walk shop which is the “food drive” - the other shop is on a different street

That one's a stock photo. The 'family' is everything from Florida real estate to IVF treatments! I wonder if he paid for it? (as if)

He's now plumbing in a washing machine for an 80 year old who's never had one. Pretty sure AO do it without you having to give up your dignity to be paraded on socials but it might cost 20 quid.
