These are some of the things they suggest you limit or avoid DUMBNISE…Alcohol, Caffeine, Dairy, Fatty foods and spicy foods, Carbonated drinks etc

Denises body is rejecting the sweet chili sauce and packet soups and that’s why she’s bloated.

She has already got free supplements in the past, health consultations and the magic water machine. I’m adamant there is no way she funded her own PH water!

She tagged zooki hoping they would reach out, maybe they bit! Could be rolling up the sleeves & dropping breadcrumbs for an ad with them.
And laugh was she hadn’t even bought it, her mate Rita give her it to try.

What a tight arsed miserable cow - like for someone who ‘works’ in health care you’d think she’d know a thing or two about how to look after her general health.

IBS is no joke but there are a whole host of options to ease the symptoms - how thick is she to think it should just be a matter of popping a tablet - it is a food intolerance issue - if she ever stopped buying crap processed food, cooked proper healthy meals with loads of nutrient dense ingredients - and laid off the booze for a while she’d soon see a difference.

She’ll be swilling the symprove like our qweeeva and swearing by it.

So unbelievably thick the whole lot of them.

She didn't... She did eventually marked it as a #colab and back in 2021 it was the best for her ibs. Does she not have the machine anymore?

The auld out of date yellow label food have affected her gut health bad. She’s a complete gobshite.
