I think it was more about a disagreement over text message or e-mail where DJ stated that Macmaster cared more about work than friendships.
Rumour has it and the timings do link that this was Macmaster pulling out of doing the motorbike ride to Tenerife that may have been planned way in advance.
I think DJ pulled a stroppy probably told MM he is a user and a few home truths to find he was blocked the next day and lost his cash cow that gave his terrible content a bigger stage.

Like my father in law then, I often wonder why he disappears to Thailand for months at a time over Christmas
