I don’t believe he was ever making that amount to be honest, he barely has 40k subscribers so how on earth was he ever making that? I think only the big boys with say 200k subs would be making that per month and even then I think that’s a reach! I think £6k is what he wishes he was earning, I can smell the BS from miles away! A quick google search shows it was more like £1k per month, nowhere near £6k! My issue here is - why lie? Probably got max £2k a month when he was putting out regular content.
Also he's an idiot for posting this video considering he is not allowed to be working on his tourist visa.

I can see him being depressed and feeling lost when the inevitable happens.
He's went over to Thailand hoping to grow his channel and he's failed miserably. If anything the channel has went backwards.
The only times I reckon he'd get near that were for his most popular videos, otherwise there is no way, especially without sponsorships, that he got anywhere near 6k regularly. I doubt he's even getting what he's saying now, not with the half-arsed content and some videos only getting 3-5k views which is barely £100.
No one wanted to watch him in Thailand, nothing against the place because I'm sure it's lovely for a holiday, but he built his channel on videoing in London, so of course people won't be watching a foreign country they have no interest in. He's an idiot for thinking people would watch him regardless of where he is, he's hardly interesting when all he does is moan

I must admit I do miss the London videos. Probably because I have literally zero interest in Thailand. I’m sure it’s a nice place, it’s just not for me. As boring as his London videos could be, I miss seeing him do walks around the place or going to places tourists wouldn’t think to go and just doing general food reviews, it was far more appealing. I think his channel is sadly sinking and fast and sooner or later he will have to make a decision as to where he goes from here - will he give up YouTube and just get a normal job? Will he just do the occasional YouTube video or will he move back to London where he’s guaranteed a decent income and can probably walk into a new job? Hmm decisions decisions
He also has a grudge against Gary Eats saying Gary wanted to work with him initially but then as Gary’s channel got big, he then disappeared off the radar.
It says a lot about just how much pull the Macmaster has. No doubt Geoff Carter, Gary etc have been warned off working with DJ by Lee. Fact is they can make more lucrative collaborations by keeping on Lee’s good side.

Geoff Carter definitely said Lee told him stuff about Darren and hes not a nice person away from the camera, particularly towards woman.

He's just digging himself a deeper and more financially irresponsible hole, I have no idea what this guy is playing at and I don't think he knows what he's doing either. It seems like he's found someone who's rubbing their hands together at fleecing another naive Englishman going through a midlife crisis.
