That house - stunning found the address in about 2 seconds. The sale prices of houses in the same postcode were surprisingly low. I guess you get a lot for your money in that part of Devon

Wasn't it her parents house and other people rented rooms in it too ? I'm sure that was why they moved when the relationship with Em got serious.
