Imagine you book an asda delivery. It doesnt come as the driver is having a down day. They are keeping your money though. But if you complain too much the driver will start writing you letters about their own experience of mental health. Just because you didnt get your chips fatty. Be more positive.
Or better yet, you go to see a MH specialist to discuss your "mentality" and they spend the entire time talking about themselves and if you keep interrupting or complaining they're going to discharge you.
Hes LITERALLY (he doesnt understand or say that word correctly) pontificating about how his interactions with others are not his responsibility but how interactions with him are also not his responsibility. As he said, theres a common denominator.
Anyone with an A level in psychology can identify this as narcissistic personality disorder. He's even alluded to difficulties in his rearing. His drug use is self soothing. His ego is incredibly fragile which leads to wild emotional outburts. He does not have a big ego, its fragile as feck, he needs to hear constantly how good he is. The challenge cannot be heard. He needs a positive feedback loop CONSTANTLY to keep even.
Imagine thinking all interactions in your life are completely on your terms. Even from the people paying you. That they're lucky to have you on tik tok for just £49 pcm.
