Loads of complaints in the Facebook group today about broken Tubers. It seems they haven't used sawdust in the boxes, just tissue and it has resulted in them being knocked about in transit. Glad I didn't bother this year after last years gall issues.

Why am i not surprised. Useless amateur. Dunno why she doesn't just give it up completely. Bet Sarah Raven packs her tubers properly. 🤣

Someone has lept to her defence anonymously. Doesn't appear to be a customer and has said they were intrigued by the big pink bus 🤔

I don’t understand the need to make reels of her looking sad “oh poor me people are being mean” she’s the first to jump on socials and complain if she gets poor service from somewhere!

I noticed that the post about Sarah Raven stealing the word 'beach' for her collection was quietly deleted too.

Nobody was being mean about her on Facebook, they were complaining about the bloody tubers! So dramatic 😏

Andie goes on insta telling customers to ‘be kind’ WTAF? These customers have paid a lot of money for what she is claiming is a premium brand and she is sending out substandard goods?? A die beds to ‘be kind’ and deliver what the customers who fund her vanity project have paid for!!

Is she taking the piss? She delivered a substandard product so people will complain. I was expecting her to say there was a load of negative feedback, we got it wrong and will do better. Not that they're all mean and feel sorry for me.

She'd never say that. She a typical narcissist, never does anything wrong and it's always other people's fault, people are being mean.
Oh she had a big enough jaw to scream about Sarah Raven but when it comes to her fleecing people out of their money she expects them to put up and shut up. No. Yet again she's made a balls up.

Does anyone know what the complaints actually were? I can't see the Facebook just her videos complaining.

I thought it was very off when she said unless you have a heated area you can't start them anyway. Who is she to dictate to her customers what they do with a product they have ordered? Maybe they do have the means to heat them? It's not that unusual.

I ordered this year ( don’t judge ! ) and received them yesterday, l had to email her as they had used a box that was too large , the dahlias were loose in the box with just a sheet of tissue paper on top , the box whilst pretty is not very substantial and it got dented in the post , all necks on the tubers were broken making them unviable and the box was filled with loose bits , l had to send a photo and was refunded today with an acknowledgement that the packaging was inadequate, l think she is all for the gram and the aesthetic, it was all about getting them out quickly forgetting that at the end of the day what her customers want is a quality product delivered intact, had she tested the packaging herself by sending a test parcel she would have saved her and the team so much time and money, l wonder how many of her followers who hang on every word and jump on to defend her are actually customers !!

That's terrible. I can totally see that everything looks pretty but ultimately crappilly done. This will get her lots of initial sales but will really negatively impact the level of returning customers.

She is all about the aesthetics without considering the actual product. I would rather they arrived well packaged in a brown padded envelope than in a beautifully designed box that means they are all broken! She has no business brain. I want tubers that are guaranteed to grow into flowers.

That's piss poor for Dahlia tubers tbh. I've bought loads over the years usually from my local independent garden centre and even Hilliers and they were huge. I threw away bits bigger than that. I've never had a tuber fail and I leave mine in the ground over winter. Only once did I lose a couple and that was a couple of years ago when the frost came suddenly and was harsh and I hadn't had time to cut them back and mulch. What a rip off.
