Well, we have Thai green curry, but he’s tried to make the recipe his own by removing some of the ingredients that make it a true Thai green curry. No lemongrass, no ginger, no Thai basil leaves, no lime leaves, nothing of its actual Thai green curry taste, just the curry paste. It’s really nothing more than one of the boxed kits you can buy. Really poor from a ‘celebrity chef’.

Theres a good sketch by the comedian Kevin Bridges that delves into the topic of using deceased family members for Facebook / social media likes and attention. First thing that came to mind. He's obviously not that distraught if he's still trying to show off his 'money'.
Let's be honest though... he thinks he has money. But really... guys with proper money will be having a great life at this guys expense. People with proper money don't need to flash it all the time or try and show off to give off a certain image.
I'll put money on there's another hero post about being a single dad / not My own kid before the day is out. He's craving sympathy now that people know the true Simon.

You've mega ruined what started off as a decent page. Yep I was a fan at first. Cooked a few recipes. But then you just turned into the generic social media wannabe. Now most of the page is trying to show off and not cooking. When it is cooking it's either something simple that even kids probably know how to cook, or something blatantly ripped off and changed for the worse to make it your own. Thai curry without lemongrass.... hahahaha

Not much of a coincidence that last week he posted his takeaway burgers, and now he’s on a burger making spree. Still not original Siiiimon, ‘your’ nik nak burger has been on several menus for, oh at least 2 years?

Or he could just post photos of burgers from other restaurants, since he’s done this before. He posted a Mac and cheese burger, where the Mac and cheese was waffled to make the bun, saying he’d show people how to make it, someone who recognised it tagged the restaurant
He did later make his own version, but as we’ve all seen, they never look like the ones he’s copied. It was a sloppy mess. It wouldn’t even be as bad if he ever credited any of his copies, saying this is my take on so and so, tons of social media accounts do this all the time, and still do really well for themselves, but his need to be the greatest and live his fake lie-fstyle ego just trips him up every time
