just for reference guys, this was my dealings when I lost all that money with design twins back in 2018. The first email is from another design twins customer who worked in legal and sent me through his forwarded email to the liquidation accountant representing them.

The second is the complete bullshit email trail of lies and blaming couriers, warehouse and not responding that I got from the company. Just to note, I made my purchase in August, she was taken off as director in June. I’m not too sure if anyone else who lost their money has a history of their purchase but this was just my story.

I don’t get why she’s not telling this story?? This is how her thread on here began in the first place (well, the blame rests with Leila IMO), but it’s Crystal’s shady business past that’s landed her here after not just the Design Twins bust but also her continuing behavior of not honouring delivery of goods sold for her other subsequent businesses.

Instead of writing letters to her ex-husbands - which by the sound of things, one of them (Mitch) is partially responsible for for her life going off track - why not write a letter to all of her customers that were impacted??

If she can’t afford to refund them, the very least she can do is issue a public apology???

But instead it’s this constant rhetoric of being the victim and not taking accountability for any of it. So we’re the ones to blame for her mental state? Seriously? She wasn’t coping long before she ever came across this site.

Maybe it’ll be baby steps with Crystal. She just said on her story this morning “when I moved to Byron…well, near Byron…I”

I love when she tries to take digs at us, saying we are unemployed etc!! So funny. I have a Masters degree, a stable career for the last 12 years, am an actual single parent (i.e. my child actually lives with me), we go on overseas holidays (beyond Bali!), and I own my property with over 60% paid off in a major city.
I just have realistic goals Crystal, and an actual proper job that I didn’t learn from YouTube. You wouldn’t understand..

In case you missed it, the last 2 years for Crystal have been the hardest she’s ever had. I don’t know if you know that because she hardly ever mentions that the last 2 years have been the hardest she’s ever had.
I can see if there is some confusion though because every time she does mention how hard her life has been the timeline changes. On any given day it could be the last 4/6/8 or 10 years that have been the hardest she’s ever had. At any rate, her life has been very, very hard.

Give it a break, princess. This constant sympathy grab is so tired.
(Funny how she fails to mention that she’s the one that created the train wreck that is her life though.)

Everything has to be sparkly unicorn mind blowing or depths of despair no one has ever had it worse and then she spins it like it's her season to learn and therefore must share it to everyone like she's a prophet. You can just have shit days, weeks, months and years Crystal. People can be shit humans and sometimes we are also shit humans. It doesn't have to be all that miraculous. You're no more special than anyone else on earth and aren’t holding the secrets to life love. You have not 'gone to war'. You have never been to war. You are a spoilt brat who has always had family support and financial backup and always had somewhere to go to put up a teepee and make a fake beach. You have flittered off to Bali, I assume that takes a passport and some money in the bank? You have had the cash to 'buy a place in Bali' and apparently have a myriad of celebrity friends just dying to have you 'style' (and I use that word loosely). You can afford to live in 'Byron' not Byron one of the most expensive places in Australia. You can afford the hair extensions, botox and fillers. Fake Dior bikes etc. You have not been to war Crystal, you are a very fortunate and privileged person.

Imagine if she had been even half as motivated to respond to all of those customers whose hard-earned money she took and never delivered product for as she is in responding to the people discussing her here? I reckon there probably would have never even been a need for this thread.

I am always so confused. Nothing ever lines up.
she was so extremely busy that she had to postpone the launch of shine the light project. She was under the pump until the end of the year.
Then all of a sudden she gets the gig doing the kiosk. She had a team! We all saw them cringing in the videos.Now she is saying she is doing it solo.
She hasn’t been able to answer DMs, but she had time to record her first podcast.
There are fish. Hundreds of fish, a thousand fish, 5000 fish! I cannot for the life of me see even 1 fish.
Everything was a sign/spiritual and holistic. It’s not DIY- it’s whatever she called it- creative artist something? Yet she is painting which looks suspiciously like DIY.
She is painting in her bikini and posting it to social media.
She had a horrible day yesterday. we don’t know what happened there. But the intricately decorated Xmas tree has somehow managed to appear even tho there WAS NO TIME!
I think she is having a manic episode.

So you can “manifest” your dream home in Sydney overlooking the cliffs, fly off to Bali for 6 months and ride an old man’s dick in Byron, whenever you want to! Never let your kids put boundaries on you - dream big!

"Getting the kids / being a good mum" was not in the manifestation diary and was not one of the 5 areas of her life that she listed as a priority. Those babies are an afterthought, period.

Well that’s a helluva deal.
She’ll sell one lucky woman the business she could not make profitable and throw into the deal 1-on-1 mentoring for a year to help her “make it everything you’ve dreamed of”, even though Crystal couldn’t make it everything she had dreamed of. What kind of a nutter would fall for that??
I wonder what she has the audacity to price her failed business at? And what is she selling exactly? She doesn’t own the building so at most she’s signing over the remaining lease - if the landlord agrees to it. She has no business assets to speak of to hand over in a sale, except for maybe the cheap DIY fit out of the space. What a joke!
