That’s insane, you’re so clever!View attachment 1551185Finally got round to wiring the electrics on my miniature house. I'm not the neatest electrician on the world but I'm quite proud of it!
Everyone's first knitting looks like that. Stick with it, it can be insanely frustrating at first, then you'll find that it just clicks all of a sudden. My first attempt at knitting… safe to say I won’t be knitting any jumpers any time soon
I really struggle with tension, no idea what the hell else made it go bits up

Ask on your local group if anyone can help you, My daughter learned to crochet from watching youtube and now makes the most amazing things.Wish there was a knitting class in my area
I did once learn how to do basic knitting (scarf)but now forget cast on and off.

I've been making these wind spinners an a shop now buys them
Try Blosson Crochet. Her tutorials are lovely...a few years ago I could only do a chain! Fiber Spider is good as well when you feel more confident. That’s lovely. Who Did you watch on YouTube? Every time I go Hobbycraft I look at the Cricut stuff but I'm concerned once I fall down that rabbit hole I will be making personalised EVERYTHINGHello fellow crafters!
I have dabbled in most things (except anything needlework related!) and seem to rotate through crafts, as I get bored easily
That said, I seem to be better at collecting craft stuff that actually using it
Current “thing” is my cricut machine and heat press, I’m just discovering all of the possibilities- just need a few more hours in the day….
I made a teddy from this book:Does anyone have recommendations for crocheting little animals that's beginner friendly an doesn't involve that chunky yarn most use, my yarn is quite thin an the ones I mostly see is that thick stuff
You sound very much like me! I'm currently looking into getting a cricut machine... I'm very tempted, just put off a bit by the lack of space to do it in! I keep falling down a rabbit hole looking at you tube videos and Facebook groupsHello fellow crafters!
