Do we think Sarah is actually unwell when she claims to be? I admit I tend to have it on in the background mostly. When Sarah was hit around the head did anyone go with her to get checked out? I feel like her and Gary have a secret which I think they're trying to make obvious to the viewers perhaps relating to the Theo case. However, when getting checked out could something have possibly come about health wise? I don't know if they did a scan or whatever or what was shown (I can't remember) but maybe the scan revealed something like a tumour idk? Following this she could have confided in Gary and that's why he seems to be defending her and her behaviour. I feel like it's more than just PTSD after the attack and I also feel they want us to think they're hiding something about Theo's murder. I also could be (and probably am) just reaching lol
Concussion symptoms can last months - even years. There's always the worry of a brain bleed too. These things can not always be apparent. I didn't watch tonight but if Sarah was feeling sick, having headaches, dizzy, memory loss, messing up her words - then those could be symptoms (been there).
