I’m more inclined to think the actor needed time off all of a sudden so had to be hastily written out, hence the implausible secondment in the middle of a murder investigation storyWhy do you think Corrie sent Kit away in the middle of this big investigation? My theories:
•Something to do with Sarah deteriorating mentally and not having Kit to lean on for support or (illegally fix things for her if she gets in trouble lmao)
•To centralise the investigation and give Lisa the maximum chance to get things wrong
•Maybe the actor just needed time off suddenly???

I don’t like Summer, but I almost cheered when she turned on Todd a couple of nights ago, telling him how this was all his fault for bringing the horror that isTheo into their lives.
Dead right, he saw the red flags almost from the off and had loads of opportunities to leave the relationship but carried on and ended up dragging everyone else into the mess.
Todd has become really unlikeable lately

Yes a few people have said that and I think that too, however as Carl has disappeared into the ether, there is no current investigation looking into that so I don’t see why Tyrone couldn’t still have said he saw Summer on the street and an alive Theo at the window. He had been to the wedding reception, nobody would have thought anything of it if he said he’d just popped out for 5 minutes for a breath of fresh air and that’s when he saw them.
It’s not in Tyrone’s nature to let a potentially innocent girl go down for something she didn’t do if he could help her. He knows what that’s like when he was in prison on remand for assaulting Kirsty even though he was innocent

I’d like Sarah and Gary back together. I do like Kit but they can find someone else for him. Seeing Izzy this week just makes me think WTF were the writers thinking putting her and Gary together. She’s so frumpy and just not his type. Plus she looks like his mother.
It's quite interesting the parallels between Will and Todd. Both abused by somebody, both reluctant to leave the abuser, and now both moping around because they still love their abuser and feel guilty.
Daniel is also a victim of Megan, but he is so unlikeable, no one has shown any sympathy for him. Except for nut job Jodie who turns around and starts an online smear campaign against him, all whilst living under his roof!
Izzy is soooo pointless! We never see her. Where does she even live, what does she do. Does she ever spend time with her son. Just pointless!
