Watching tonight's, I keep thinking how lucky Todd is to have so many friends who deeply care about him. I wonder how many people irl find that their friends just give up on them, thanks to the manipulation of the abuser.

I really hope the support Todd is getting one makes him realise he can speak up and has so much support and two shows people in real life that it’s not acceptable to be getting abused on this way just because he’s not getting battered day in and day out.
I loved Gary tonight but I do think going in all guns blazing is going to backfire and Theo being even worse (if possible) to Todd.

I thought they could have had him say something a little more insulting than ' u didnt clean the bathroom' . I mean it was a little 0 to 90 on garys part for that to convince him Todd was being abused. He's said soooooo much worse things that would have been an instant red flag.
I was expecting Gary to overhear more vicious verbal abuse, but I’m glad this storyline seems to be heading towards its conclusion.

Im sure I remember seeing something happen with Theo early April last year that made me think they’re going to do an abusive storyline. I think being through it yourself makes you pick up on it more now

My friends all gave up on me during and after my relationship. I had to “build up” the friendships again as per their instructions afterwards
