@FenellaTheWitch I agree George, Glenda and Christina are fabulous characters. I hope after all these depressing storylines are wrapped up they use them for some lighthearted fun scenes.

Jodie Prenger must live near me as I saw her shopping in the local supermarket on a Saturday a while ago. She was full glam chatting away with the checkout lady. She seems like a nice woman and has fitted into the show very well.
I hope Jodie doesn't go on Ozempic. Glenda wouldn't be the same

I've always liked Jodie Prenger right back from her "I would do anything" days where I think lord toad treated her badly because he thought she was too big for the role
I know she got a bit of stick for dumping her then fiance as soon as she won the show but ive always thought she came across as really down to earth and lovely irl
wasn't her current partner Simon Booth Nicola bully's first husband im sure i read that somewhere

I bet Jodie Prenger would be a right laugh on a night out. I love Glenda, could see her character staying for a long time.

I'm sorry but why is Todd acting like he was forced to get married? He was missing Theo and happy to get back with him and now they're married remembers that he can't actually stand him. I just don't get it!!

Theo had a period of acting nice for a bit and then returned to being a bleep once they were married

I thought you could tell by the look on his face and his body language he didn’t want to get back with Theo. He clearly was wanted to get jiggy! Then Theo said in so happy we’re back together and looked to me like Todd was too scared to correct him and say no that’s not what I want :(

When my daughter got married last year, they booked the registrar (for a hotel wedding) and then had a separate appointment at the town hall with registrar to make sure it was legit. They were there a good 20-30 minutes.

This is Corrie though so anything can happen. This is show were conveyancing for new house purchase or business get done in an afternoon and travel visas take 10 minutes. 🤣 🤣
Yes but they'd have done that when they first agreed to get married before they split so I actually think this is OK (agree about the house sales though). If Todd had generally not been involved at all then it would have been iffy but they arranged to together and it was only that it was still happening that was the surprise

You definitely each have a meeting, separately, with the registrar right before a wedding

My sister had all us bridesmaids lined up in front of her, about to walk down the aisle at an hotel and they chose then to pull her aside and ask her questions. This didn’t at my church wedding, although we did have to attend a Marriage Preparation course which I’d never heard of, but would recommend anybody do!
